Abstract: 

Achieving proper place in Olympic is crucial for all countries, To the extent that countries use this peaceful competition as a tool in international equations. Therefore, the present study is intended on evaluation and analysis of performance of Iran sport delegation in 2016 Rio de Janerio Olympic Games in order to provide a situation for success of Iran in upcoming Olympics. The research method was descriptive-analytic and it was a retrospective study. In this research, the performance of 63 delegated athletes who were participating in 15 sport disciplines in 2016 Rio de Janerio Olympic games have been studied. Also, three indicators of the performance evaluation of the International Olympic Committee, including efficiency, total population and gross domestic product, have been used to evaluate Iran's performance at the 2016 Rio Olympic. To analyze the performance of athletes and sport disciplines in the Olympic Games, semi-structured and in-depth interviews were conducted with 27 stakeholders who were informed about the issue. The results showed that the performance of Iranian athletes in some disciplines such as weight lifting, freestyle wrestling, fencing and volleyball had an appropriate status from the viewpoint of stakeholders of sport disciplines, but in Taekwondo, boxing, shooting with rifles, troopers, judo and athletics has not been in a good status. Stakeholders also believed that the performance of some disciplines, such as tennis, biking and swimming, was predictable before the games and hope of success was very weak. Eventually, it is suggested to the sports managers of the country to provide a strong and stable presence in the upcoming Olympics with the full support of both those federations which were successful and those which were unsuccessful at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to study the effectiveness of the establishment and endorsement of Philanthropy campaigns by sport celebrities in social networks. The method of this descriptive-correlation study was applied field experiment. The statistical population of the study consists of individuals present in the social networks of Telegram and Instagram. Using a snowball sampling method, 332 questionnaires were collected whose validity was confirmed by marketing professors and experts familiar with social networks, and its reliability was calculated using the Cronbach's alpha was (0. 842). Descriptive data analysis was performed through SPSS 24 software and inferential data through statistical method of structural equation modeling using Amos 24 software. Analysis of the results of structural equation modeling shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between the celebrity’ s credibility and the attitude of the audience, as well as between the celebrity’ s congruence and the attitude of the audience towards Philanthropy events. There is also a positive and meaningful relationship between the attitude of the audience and the behavioral consequences (adoption of information, dissemination of information, and participation in Philanthropy events). The findings also show that the audience's attitude toward Philanthropy events is more influenced by the the celebrity’ s credibility. Audience's attitude also has the greatest impact on the adoption of information by the audience.

Abstract: 

Due to technology’ s growth and human’ s dependence on digital world, as a way to accelerate and improve customer service, using Cloud Computing is necessary. Despite its advantages, using cloud storage is not a prevalent phenomenon. Lack of standard context about the utilization of cloud computing is another factor. This study aimed at identifying the factors affecting the implementation of cloud computing in sports organizations, based on a four-dimensional hybrid model. The statistical society of the research consisted of 60 people, all experts and managers of the Sports and Youth Departments of Kurdistan province, chosen through targeted sampling. The research tool was a questionnaire, designed based on the Sargolzaei Javan Questionnaire (2017). The formal validity of the questionnaire was approved by the IT specialists and faculty members of both fields of sports and computer. The incompatibility rate of the questionnaire was also calculated (0. 0256). Using Chang hierarchical techniques, the indices of the implication of cloud computing were prioritized respectively as technological, human, environmental, and organizational. The results of this study can provide managers a comprehensive viewpoint of the factors affecting the adoption of this technology, in order to plan for handling them in their organizations.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to analyze the pressures on directors of Iranian Football clubs in lack of integrity. The present research was a descriptive analytic research. The statistical population of the study consisted of all members of the Football Federation which was 72. The Kaiser and Hogan (2010) questionnaire was used to investigate the behavioral integrity of managers. To identify and structure the pressures on football club managers, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. The validity of this questionnaire was examined and approved by reviewing the views of academic professors. The reliability of determining the right situation of manager’ s questionnaire and pressures on football club director’ s questionnaire were approved at 0. 88 and 0. 81, respectively using Cronbach's alpha. To analyze the data of the present research, statistical methods including K-S test, T-test, exploratory factor analysis, and interpretive structural modeling using SPSS and Micmac software were used. The results of this study showed that, in total, 6 pressures (financial pressure, club pressure, political pressure, cultural pressure, infrastructure-management pressure and international pressure) accounted for 83. 012% of the total variance of all questions. The results also showed that financial pressure and club pressure are among the key independent pressures that have an impact on other pressures.

Abstract: 

This study aimed at identifying and analyzing national-religious identity factors in the Cultural Development of athletic Sport regarding athletes in Kerman province. A purposeful sample of 205 athlete champions of Kerman province were selected in 2016. Structural equation modeling, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis of first and second order were used. The results indicated that five factors related to national-religious are popularity, moral health, honor, desire for progress, and religious culture and values. Meanwhile, items of no proud and selfishness after success, preservation and promotion of national teams ranking in international ranks, observance of professional ethics in sports, Wining position and medals in international sporting events, attention to religious issues and beliefs in macro and micro sports planning were prioritized in factors of Popularity, desire for progress, moral health, honor, and religious culture and values, respectively. Based on the findings, national-religious identity should be considered as an important component of cultural development in the athletic championship. Furthermore, observance of social norms to prevent violence and misconduct in sport can play an important role in cultural development in athletic championship.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study is to design the model of effective factors on export performance of sport equipment manufacturing companies. This is an applied study in terms of type of research and descriptive survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the study includes all manages of companies producing sport equipment that export their products to other countries. According to the estimations, there are 72 companies with such characteristics. For sampling purposes, simple random sampling has been used and 60 subjects from the population have been investigated. In this research, two methods of library and field studies (a researcher made questionnaire consisting of 39 items) have been used for data collection. In order to investigate the relationship between variables and data analysis, partial least squares and Smart PALS software have been used. The results of the study showed that market orientation has an impact on marketing capabilities and marketing capabilities have an impact on competitive advantage, innovation capability and export performance. Moreover, the results also confirmed the impact of competitive advantage and innovation capability on export performance. Other results confirm the mediating role of marketing capabilities in relation between market orientation and export performance, as well as the mediating role of competitive advantage and innovation capability in the relation between marketing capabilities and export performance. The exporters of sports equipment can improve their export performance by utilizing the results of this research and recognizing the effective factors on export performance and strengthening them.

Abstract: 

One of the major goals of organizations is having the efficient and capable human resources in order to achieve organizational efficiency. This study aimed to study the role of quantum management in improving the career adaptability of sport boards’ staff in Isfahan province. The method of this research was descriptive (correlation). The total population included all of the persons employed at the sport boards of Isfahan Province in 2016 (N: 248) which148 staff members selected by stratified random sampling for this research. A career adaptability scale (Savickas, 2007) (validity: 0. 70, reliability: 0. 84) as well as a selfconstructed quantum management questionnaire (validity: 0. 71, reliability: 0. 84) were employed in this research. The results indicated that there was a positive relationship between quantum management dimensions and concern of career path, control, curiosity, and confidence dimensions (P ≤ 0. 05). Also, according to the regression analysis, quantum seeing, quantum thinking, quantum feeling, quantum knowing, quantum acting, quantum being, and quantum trust dimensions were found as the predictors for improving the employees’ career adaptability in those boards. Based on the results, implementation of quantum management concepts in sport boards of Isfahan province, and using the strategies of that new method of managing could be effective in increasing the employees’ career adaptability in those boards.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to present a pattern for Iran`s sports volunteer absorbance management information system requirement analysis. This investigation was of descriptive-analytic sort and in regard for practical goal, it was type of (UML) methodology and it used object-oriented design model (RUP). The questionnaire implements were prepared. The statistic-population consisted All youth and sports ministry deputies, directors of all staffs All presidents, vice presidents and professors of Iran`s sports federations. Census method was opted for sampling and all of the mentioned groups were invited to participate. In this study, in first the Inputs and outputs of informational in sport volunteers' information systems, which included inputs, processes, and outputs were identified then sports volunteesr absorbance management information system requirement was presented which contained: human resource, planning, registration and acceptance, introduction, financial and support, education and advocating, reward and retrain and Iran`s candidate stakeholders were identified. Information on the underlying systems in sport absorption was identified. The managers' attitudes towards the information requirements of sports volunteering were studied. In the end, by creating a database at five levels, the operation analysis model was presented. Since volunteer information system management offers fair and clear services for the public, directors and candidates, creating a database for the purpose of designing a management information system that takes into account the information needs of all users, is useful for the development and success of a volunteer sports organization.

Abstract: 

A strategy map is a tool that communicates between the strategy desired by an organization and the processes and systems that contribute to the implementation of the strategy. This tool makes it possible for the staff to have a direct look at how the different activities are connected to the organization's comprehensive goals and to coordinate them in the best possible way. The present research, which uses causal relationships among strategic goals at different levels, designs and maps out the strategy of the company that produces cross-sports equipment. In this research, we first examine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, and strategic themes, as well as the extent to which SWOT points are covered by strategic themes. Then the impact of the goals of each level on their level goals and the impact of the goals of each level on the higher-level goals are measured. Finally, the strategy map for the cross-company is outlined, and in order to prioritize strategic objectives, the fuzzy prioritization method is used.

Abstract: 

Inference in studies is the result of measurement and measurement is possible by scale and instrumentation. Therefore, reliable and valid measurement tools can ensure accurate and reliable conclusions. In this regard, this research has been validated by the International Sporting Events Branding Questionnaire. A questionnaire with 71 questions, 22 sub-domains and 6 domains was arranged by extracting the data and refining them. CVR Index was evaluated for all questions. Exploratory Factor Analysis for Convergent and Differential Validity and Verifiable Analysis for Determining Structural Validity. The findings showed that all questions of the questionnaire had a good correlation and obtained the quorum of attendance in the questionnaire. Thus, the convergence of variables in each factor as well as the differentiation of factors was confirmed. Also, the verified model validated the structure's validity. Therefore, according to the results of the research, it can be noted that the above questionnaire is valid and suitable for evaluation and research for the promotion of sports events.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of social responsibility on branding of individual athletes and as a mediator of brand reputation and attachment. The statistical population of this study were 207 physical education students and graduates. The participants responded to an online questionnaire created by the researcher. The results of the sampling available in social network sports groups were analyzed using structural equation modeling software. The overall reliability of the questionnaire (social accountability, personal brand, brand reputation, brand affiliation) using Cronbach's alpha was 95%. To calculate instrument validity, the construct validity was estimated by exploratory factor analysis and indicated the validity of the research questions. According to the model results, social responsibility influenced brand reputation (77%) and brand attachment (56%). Brand reputation (76%) and brand attachment (17%) affected personal brand. It can be argued that the activity of athletes toward social responsibility is a factor that can turn them into a renowned brand among fans and increase the attachment of supporters to an athlete's own brand. This will benefit the community and the athlete himself.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was the effect of emotional intelligence on conflict Management Strategies with moderating role of communication skills in Iranian women's rugby premier league players. The methodology was descriptive survey. The population was all of players in Iranian women’ s rugby premier league in 1395 comprising 116 athletes. The Sample was equal to population. The instruments of the study were Standard questionnaires, emotional intelligence by Shering (1998), communication skills by Barton (1990) and conflict Management Strategies by Robinz (1994). Analysis of data was performed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the approach of partial least square method (PLS) and Smart PLS software in two parts, the measurement model and structural section. The results showed that there was a negative significant direct effect between emotional intelligence and communication skills and there was a significant direct effect between emotional intelligence and conflict Management Strategies. There was a positive significant direct effect between communication skills and Solution-oriented Conflict strategy. Finally there was a negative significant indirect effect between emotional intelligence and Solution-oriented Conflict strategy with Moderating role of communication skills. It is recommended that training and applying communication skills and emotional intelligence by women rugby players, were placed on the agenda of coaches and other Rugby officials to solve conflict situations.
