Abstract: 

Developing English as a foreign language among the members of IR of Iran Army is necessary because in the world of communications and information, the people who use the existed sources and have interaction with the others could be successful. This study aims to investigate the effects of syntactic and semantic consciousness-raisings on improving discourse competence among participants attending an in-service-training course at Imam Ali Military University (IAMU). This study was conducted with 60 participants attending an in-service-training course at IAMU. In order to address the research questions, the control group received their own conventional treatment while experimental groups practiced discourse competence based on syntactic and semantic consciousness-raisings. All groups attended classes which lasted 15-30 minutes sessions. Three instruments were used to collect data: KET, interview, and discourse Completion Test. The results of data analysis revealed that the syntactic and semantic consciousness-raisings have significant effects on learners' discourse competence. The results of this study then suggest that participants attending an in-service-training course at IAMU would benefit from applying syntactic and semantic consciousness-raisings.

Abstract: 

Performance management is a regular and information-based process helping managers direct their staff in realization of goals, implementation of programs and performing their missions and assigned responsibilities properly and successfully.Pathology of performance management system as a filter in modifying the deficiencies is one of the necessities of the effective performance management. This study aims to identify the current damages of performance management system in I.R. of Iran Army and deliver the suitable solutions.In this descriptive-survey study, 30 participants selected from among the deputies, managers, and experts of the evaluation department of human force and inspection of Nezaja, Nahaja, Nedaja, and Defense sub based. Data analyzed via SPSS software and through T test. Findings reveal that there is a significant relationship between current 5 aspects of performance management system in evaluation goals, evaluation method, defining the expectations, real performance of people, and proper interaction of performance management system with other human resources sub-systems and other desirable management system dimensions. Moreover, it needs to modify and monitor five dimensions of performance management system.

Abstract: 

This study aims to identify a local model of effective factors on rewards distribution in the Khatam AlAnbia Air Defense Sub-base of I.R. of Iran Army, and then to offer some applicable methods and proposals to improve current systems and procedures. In this qualitative study some methods such as thematic analysis and grounded theory of Strauss used for the final framing. Data collected through investigating the regulations and documents and exploratory interview from13 experts and managers in Khatam al anbia Air Defense Sub-base as a sample. Data analyzed via Maxqda10 software. Findings of the study occur in a model which has 245 basic themes, 34 dimensions and 5 categories. All basic, organizer and comprehensive themes come with in basic criteria, effective factors, impediments, results, and consequences. It is concluded that regulations, systems and method in one hand and supply and budget on the other hand, reveal the deficiencies and shortages in reward distribution’s issue. Therefore, framing the regulations and formulation of the reward system can be helpful and motivate the Khatam Al Anbia Air Defense Sub-base personnel.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, paying attention to the continuity of the logistics in designing the logistics and support system, especially in asymmetric wars, has a special importance. This study aims to investigate the logistics and support system in an asymmetric war in a military organization and deliver a redesign pattern of system with emphasis on logistics continuity. In this descriptive- survey study, the dominant approach is qualitative and its purpose is applied. Data gathered through library resources, researcher-made questionnaire and interview from 19 participants selected through purposeful sampling method. Findings reveal that logistics and support system need to revise structurally and basically. Due to the structure, level and type of access to logistical ten level items, extent of dependency to center should be declined to prevent deficiency. In this study, all logistical ten level items are investigated in supply and procurement dimensions. In supply view, local and regional supply has priority and center has last priority. In movement and provision, primary pattern was designed. Due to the deficiencies of current system, logistical ten-level items, provision pattern, and items accessibility were redesign.

Abstract: 

Investigation of the current situation of any organizations in structure, technology, culture and human resource Management (HRM) is the starting point to knowledge-orientation. This study aims to recognize KM implementation obstacles in Imam Ali Military University. In this exploratory mix method research, 10 senior officers as participants were interviewed to recognize KM obstacles. Data gathered through reliable (r=0.95) and valid questionnaire which its main variables were taken from interview via content analyze technique. Based on the result of exploratory factor analysis, ten factors were recognized as KM obstacles: Strategic approach, human resources, information technology, infrastructure for KM, the laws of Technology, knowledge worker, bureaucracy, internet web, organizational culture and formalization. In order to investigate the relationship between defined obstacles with KM cycles, Pearson test was conducted. There is a significant relationship between all elements and KM cycle, except bureaucracy and formalization elements. So, improving the obstacles lead to promoting Km cycle in Imam Ali Military University. Suggestion and implication have been expressed at the end of the articles.

Abstract: 

Employee’s Perceptions from organizational justice have a considerable effect on organizational behavior. In this way, the OCB as voluntary actions beyond the employee's official duties, effect on this perceptions. In this relationship, corporate identity and job satisfaction are Effective. This study aims to evaluate the effect of mediating variables, organizational identity and job satisfaction in relation to organizational justice and organizational citizen behavior. In this applied and descriptive- survey study, participants selected from among employers of Shohadaye Nezaja through random sampling selection. Data collected through questionnaires and analyzed via SPSS and Amos software by the structural equations testing. Findings reveal that organizational justice, both directly and indirectly effect on organizational citizen behavior. All research hypotheses except the fifth one, accepted. Moreover, in indirect relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizen behavior, job satisfaction plays the most effective mediator. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on shaping organizational identity. The greatest effect of the organizational justice was on job satisfaction and the lowest effect was on shaping the organizational identity.
