Objectives: The present study aims to analyze the cultural capabilities of agricultural students. Method: This descriptive research is done by survey method in order to assess cultural capabilities of agriculture students. Statistical population of the research included all agricultural students of gorgan university of agricultural sciences and natural recourses (n=1114) through stratified sampling 120 students were selected as sample of the research. Validity of the questionnaire as research tool was confirmed by a panel of members and experts and managers of cultural deputy of Gorgan University of agricultural sciences and natural resources. The reliability of the questionnaire, including three scales of cultural intelligence, cultural awareness and cultural skills, was verified based on cronbach, s alpha coefficient. (81, 74 and 79) collected data through questionnaire was analyzed by SPSS. Results: The results of the survey indicate that the cultural capabilities of most students are low and very low. Conclusion: Factor analysis extracted five factors for cultural awareness, named: career literacy, artistic literacy, political-civil literacy, religious literacy and ethnic literacy. The factor analysis of cultural skills led to extract four factors, titled communication-language skills, personal healthy life skills and technical skills and responding to social values.
