This study had been intended to examine the effect of technical & vocational home business training to improving of women business in Golestan Province. The effectes were studied not only in the areas of services, agriculture, industry, but also their location in urban and rural areas. This is an applied study that has a preliminary experimental post test plan for a group. Based on results of the study was determined that technical & vocational home business training offered by Golestan Technical and Vocational Education Training Organization in three areas; services, industry and agriculture, has impacted on improvement of business indicators, including criterias of knowledge, competence and skills management, productivity, attitude, safety and environmental considerations, Communications and economy. Also the provided trainings have been effective on improvement of urban and rural women's business.

The course of the present day global changes has placed entrepreneurs in the front line of the technological and economic development. The successful experiences of the majority of advanced nations and also certain developing countries in getting through various economic crises with the help of entrepreneurship development, has triggered an special interest from other countries directed toward entrepreneurship, entrepreneurs and the development of innovative businesses. With the ever present fact of economic globalization, many believe that “the future global markets shall belong to those enterprises that greatly value entrepreneurial risk taking, invest extensively in their intellectual capitals, actively support individual growth, and carefully consider environmental conditions when outlining strategies.” Based on these facts, entrepreneurship development has been addressed in this paper from different aspects, with the main objective of studying the current obstacles and measures facing entrepreneurship development in TVTO, paying special attention to individual, training related and organizational factors; all of which has been accomplished in a descriptive format through interviews with vocational training graduates of Tehran Provincial Office’s training facilities in one full semester. The finding of this study clearly show that the organizational obstacles rank highest in the factors hindering entrepreneurship development, with a rating of 2.66, and the individual factors ranking as the lowest obstacles with a rating of 1.24, thus making organizational factors as the most major obstacles among factors studied in this paper.

Looking for shortcomings of Kardanesh (skill training program) performance in the mirror of research, findings of 72 research documents were reviewed in present study. Only 16 percent of these documents corresponding positive points of mentioned program. Overall, the available evidence it is inferred that the performance of vocational training is not successful. Careful and detailed evaluation of vocational programs requires attention to the cultural context and set of systems that are constantly interacting. For this reason, the promotion of technical and vocational education entail improving economic conditions in the macro-level and labor market. Disturbance in the economic system of the country (prevalent fixer-based economy and its domination over the productive economy), could threaten success of TVET programs. With this explanation, pointing to the need for timely notifying and adequate justification of stakeholders to ensure their commitment, some suggestions have been proposed to improve and reform (such as stopping expansion and effective measures to improve quality).

This article explains the importance and necessity of the issue and pathology of the current situation of skill learning and employment in our country due to lack of adequate career counseling. Moreover, it presents practical and suitable strategies for development of this important factor in technical and vocational training centers all over our country. In order to lighten the minds of the esteemed audience, in addition to stating the history of career counseling in Iran (the history dates back to Archaemenian period) and in the world, it outlines some of career counseling theories including Holland's typology theory which because of simplicity and understandability is most commonly used in career counseling occupational psychology and career interest assessment in the past thirty years and it is well-matched with Iranian culture. Afterwards it studies the efficient patterns and models of this field including Trait-Factor theory, Person-Environment-Fit theory, Cognitive-Information Processing model and Multi-cultural career counseling for different Racial/Ethnical groups and women. In addition to different kinds of Computer-Assistance career counseling systems, the computer assistance career guidance with emphasis on Discover, SIGI (System of Integrated Guidance & Information) SIGI Plus is presented. The ending part of the article, provides practical recommendations for implementation more complete the career counseling project in technical and vocational training organization in our country focused on national program developing career counseling.

Present study was to evaluate the Rate of students and the University of Isfahan and Khorasgan University of the components of ethic work as one of employability competencies labor market. The method used in this study is mixed – exploratory. Population has been student Isfahan University and Khorasgan University the 1391-1392, which is based on Table Morgan of 331 students were selected. Interviews and data collection instrument was a questionnaire that was administered to the students. Validity is Content validity and its reliability is obtained by using Cronbach's alpha coefficient equal to 0.83. Data collected by ANOVA, post hoc Bonferroni t-test and one-sample analysis was performed by software SPSS17. According to the results, students of universities Isfahan and Khorasgan of having the significant differences in components of ethic work. The results showed that the level of education and the field student is effective Rate the components of ethic work. But sex does not effete in the rate of students of components of ethic work.

The purpose of this research was study the attitudes of administrators of training centers of applied science and technology and level of their awareness about changes that has been created in curricula of disciplines (applied science), comparing those with old curricula, degree of co-direction of new curricula with goals of Comprehensive Prescription of Skills and Technology and, challenges and executive issues regarding new curricula. This research was run with survey method and a researcher-developed questioner was used for gathering of data. The population of research was all administrators of training centers in Khorasan province that have implemented both old and new curricula (230 persons). The samples were computed with Sample size was computed with Cochrane formula and method of sampling was cluster. Ultimately, 144 samples from 38 centers were selected and questionnaires were distributed among them. Results showed that in all items that were reformed, the administrators were aware and had agreement about nature and goals of changes in curricula. Of course, in some cases like goals and content of Comprehensive Prescription of Skills and Technology, more information and justification of agents is necessity.
