Abstract

This study had been intended to examine the effect of technical & vocational HOME BUSINESS training to improving of WOMEN business in Golestan Province. The effectes were studied not only in the areas of services, agriculture, industry, but also their location in urban and rural areas. This is an applied study that has a preliminary experimental post test plan for a group. Based on results of the study was determined that technical & vocational HOME BUSINESS training offered by Golestan Technical and Vocational Education Training Organization in three areas; services, industry and agriculture, has impacted on improvement of business indicators, including criterias of knowledge, competence and skills management, productivity, attitude, safety and environmental considerations, Communications and economy. Also the provided trainings have been effective on improvement of urban and rural WOMEN's business.
