Abstract: 

Purpose: Organizations will have to equip themselves with a variety of competitive tools to deal with global change. One of the most important tools is learning and institutionalizing learning in the organization. Accordingly, in this research, the most important factors affecting learning in the organization are presented. Method: The present study is a descriptive and survey research. The literature and experts' opinions were used to identify dimensions, components and indices. The statistical population of the study included ten experts at the stage of providing the model, and in the pathological stage, all employees with higher education than a bachelor's degree in a military scientific organization. The statistical sample in the first stage was selected through purposeful method and in the second stage, simple random sampling was used. In this research, a researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. Finding: The findings of the data analysis using T-test and confirmatory factor analysis revealed that attitudes, management practices, organizational climate, employee characteristics and knowledge management were considered as facilitators of learning at the National Iranian Oil Distribution Company. Also, attitudinal factor is most important for facilitating learning in the organization. Conclusion: Providing effective factors on learning improves organizational learning and provides a positive attitude towards the organization's learning and learning process.

Abstract: 

Background and Purpose: Segmentation is one of the most useful tools for a better understanding of customer diversity, and managers can allocate marketing activities efficiently and effectively to homogeneous and prioritized customer groups. Earlier research on the segmentation of financial services customers show that these studies often rely on socio-demographic information and are less paid to psychological and behavioral variables that indicate why customers are selected and preferred. Therefore, the present study aimed to segment the banking industry market based on the attitude and financial behavior of customers. Methodology: In order to discover the desired segments, studies were done based on the theme analysis. Then, through a survey of internal and external experts, the indicators were formulated in 56 questions and distributed among the 30 clients as a pre-test. After pre-test confirmation and determining of the sample size, questionnaires were distributed through random cluster sampling and finally 355 full questionnaires were received. Results: Based on factor analysis, 14 attitudinal factors and financial behavior were identified and analyzed using cluster analysis of participants in four sections: Paid Savers, Financial Experts, Independent Concerned Spenders and Indifferent Followers. Conclusion: Bank customers have significant differences in terms of demographic characteristics, attitudes and financial behavior. Therefore, in this research, in order to improve the level of customer interaction with the bank, they are divided into four groups and appropriate marketing solutions and recommendations for each of them were presented.

Abstract: 

The purpose of urban governance is to strengthen the urban development process in such a way as to provide a suitable environment for the comfortable and quality of life of citizens, in accordance with their social and economic characteristics. This research is an applied type for cognitive purposes, and a descriptive-survey one from methodological approach. The research sample includes 40 Iranian metropolitan areas. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. The results of the research indicate that the variables of ICT, social capital, spatial knowledge management, and globalization directly affect good urban governance, but the impact of "citizens' demand" on good urban governance was not confirmed. Also, the role of participatory culture as a moderating variable between “ social capital” and “ good urban governance” and the moderating role of local authorities between perceived globalization and good urban governance was not confirmed, but the role of participatory culture as a moderating factor between citizens' demand and good governance, as well as the role of “ willingness of local authorities” was confirmed as a moderating variable between “ ICT development” and “ good urban governance” .

Abstract: 

زمینه و هدف: در دنیای بسیار متغیر و پویای امروزین، رشد و بالندگی حرفه ای منابع انسانی از عوامل کلیدی موفقیت سازمان ها به شمار می رود. سرمایه گذاری های عظیم آموزشی سازمان ها نیز به همین منظور انجام می شود. با وجود این، اطمینان از انتقال یادگیری به محیط کار به یکی از دغدغه های مهم مدیران تبدیل شده است. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر به شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل بازدارنده انتقال یادگیری در محیط کار پرداخته است. روش شناسی: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این مطالعه مدیران و فرماندهان یک سازمان علمی دفاعی بود که برای تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی تعداد 120 نفر با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای و برای رتبه بندی تعداد 8 نفر از خبرگان با روش قضاوتی هدف مند به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه بود. یافته ها: تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی داده ها نشان داد که مهم ترین عوامل بازدارنده انتقال یادگیری عبارت اند از: ویژگی های سازمانی (حمایت مدیران و فرماندهان و مشوق های بیرونی و درونی)، ویژگی های فردی (مقاومت در برابر تغییر و خودکارآمدی افراد)، ویژگی های شغلی (امکانات و ابزار مورد نیاز شغل، پیامد شغلی مثبت و منفی) و ویژگی های دوره آموزشی (طرح انتقال آموزش و تعهد آموزشی). نتیجه گیری: رفع عوامل بازدارنده یادگیری سازمانی موجب ارتقای اثربخشی آموزش های کارکنان خواهد شد.

Abstract: 

The presentation of innovative ideas is one of the most prominent features of military organizations during the history of the great wars in the world. Accordingly, defense organizations of the country should continue to strive to shape innovation and become an innovative organization in order to create and maintain sustainable deterrence. The purpose of this qualitative research is to design a model through which the system of innovation in Iran's defense organizations can be explained. According to the research purpose, the method of qualitative research approach and grounded theory method was used. The statistical population of the research is directors and active administrators in the defense sector with 25 interviewees with theoretical saturation logic and snow ball method. In this way, through interviewing and analyzing the documents, and by studying the theoretical literature, theories and existing theories about organizational innovation, their concepts, categories and propositions were collected, Then, using the grounded theory method, the model of the innovation system in defense organizations, including the categories of innovation triggers, re-engineering of innovation processes, organizational empowerment factors, and environmental factors were identified that strategic implications will be innovation in organizational structure, human capital, education, research, technology, Equipment and systems.

Abstract: 

Considering the increasing importance of complex defense products and systems along with their very different nature with mass production and civil products on one hand, and considering the severe obstacles to international technological collaboration to develop these products and the particular conditions of Iran on the other, Along with mentioning successful examples of the development of such products in the country, led the researchers to provide a framework for analyzing technological capabilities in complex defense products and systems as a tool for policy and planning. The strategy of this research is case-study and also in a stage of research meta-synthesis is used to generate a set of technological capabilities for the development of complex products and systems, and to provide a final model, a case study of one successful case is done studying organizational documents and conducting 30 in-depth interviews. Finally, the resulting framework provides technological capabilities in five strategic, infrastructure, project, process, and product categories along with their criteria, and offers suggestions and examples for analysis. In the results section, there are some operational suggestions for applying the proposed model in organizations and providing recommendations for future studies.
