Abstract: 

Nowadays, intense competition and technological change, the increasing pressure on organizations and their various ways of increasing the effectiveness of their human resources. This study has been aimed to investigate the relationship between Professional Competence Development of High School Teachers and Their Effectiveness in Teaching-Student Learning Process model Boyatzis and Schroeder and Luthans and to measure the effectiveness of them the model Luthans has been used. Based on Boyatzis and Schroeder, competency has two dimension individual and social. individual dimension consist of knowledge, skills, attitudes and personality traits and social dimension consist of Professional and public reputation. The effectiveness of the teacher we used from model admond. The population in this study include all of secondary school teachers in Qom(N= 6348( These are using stratified sampling method, selected 364 persons as sample were studied. The results of the study indicate that there is a correlation between teachers' personal and social competence and effectiveness of the teaching-learning process.

Abstract: 

Understanding the factors that lead to silence and abandonment of elementary students in classroom activities is of great importance due to its undeniable impact on curriculum performance as well as the development of social and communication skills. The purpose of the present study was to examine the teachers' experiences regarding the factors that led to the tendency of primary school students to remain silent and abandonment from class activities as well as the strategies they are proposing in this regard. The population of the study consisted of all teachers in the elementary school in Khorramabad city. The sample was selected using purposeful sampling method and theoretical saturation. The data were analyzed using semi-structured interviews and coding and extraction of main and minor themes. The findings of this study showed that social skills, personality weaknesses, personality traits, physical characteristics, family factors and teachers are factors influencing the students' tendency to remain silent in the classroom. Also, according to interviews conducted by teachers, it is possible to reduce the tendency of students to silence in teaching assignments based on activities inside and outside the classroom.

Abstract: 

The system of education in our country, Has been raised the first steps towards the fundamental transformation of education under the human resources system of elementary education and teacher education. But, Teacher Training in the Islamic Republic of Iran is less and less lacking in a comprehensive model for educating elementary school teachers at the level of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This research was conducted with the aim of identifying and determining the dimensions and components of the professional identity of elementary teachers. The research method is analytical-descriptive. The statistical community of the articles, books and upstream documents available is related to the professional identity of the teachers. Therefore, the researcher, after reviewing the article, upstream books and documents related to the professional identity of teachers, using the high-quality qualitative approach to studying, analyzing and analyzing the results and findings of previous researchers, has been carried out by taking Seven Steps of Sandlowski and Barroso And assessment of its validity and reliability, the proposed model was presented. Finally, the main findings of the research, design of the professional identity model of elementary teachers, with 6 general themes: 1) personal 2) professional 3) cultural-social 4) artistic 5) ground and 6) economic political; and 14 organizing themes and 100 key themes were identified. The findings of this study can be considered by policy makers and educational managers in policy making to enhance the professional identity of teachers. The research has raised implications and suggestions for managers, decision-makers, and researchers.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of hidden curriculum in religiosity from the viewpoint of elementary teachers in Masjed Soleiman province in the academic year 2017-2018. This research is considered as applied and descriptive-correlational. The statistical population was 372 people and 215 people were selected through multistage random sampling. Standard questionnaires of Hidden Curriculum of Taghipour and Ghaffari (2009) and Dindari Khodayari Fard et al (2009) with reliability coefficient of 0. 91. And 0. 95 were used to collect data. The validity of the questionnaires was evaluated by experts, and Pearson correlation and regression tests were used for data analysis. Findings show that the components of hidden curriculum (school physical structure, school social atmosphere, Social relationships in School, information and communication technology, and encouragement and punishment mechanisms) have a positive and significant relationship with religiosity. The findings also show that 35. 7% of the religiosity changes are due to the influence of hidden curriculum components.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to compare teacher education in Finland, Malaysia, Canada and Iran. This research objectives, functional, and comparative studies and proximity are among the methods. According to the findings, all the countries surveyed, the development of professional competence of teachers to meet the needs of different courses of study are considered These courses provide training needs of their respective communities. The distinction between countries is also on course in teacher education from pre-school to secondary school teacher education in Finland to be stressed. The distinction between countries is also on course goals in teacher education from pre-school to secondary school Finland is stressed; Canada is one of the most important goals due to teacher training courses to update knowledge and efficiency of teachers And in Malaysia due to the creativity and flexibility of teachers in teacher education is considered important to national development goal teacher education in Iran due to the acquisition of theoretical knowledge is concerned. In developing objectives and the Malaysian government and parliament have a key role in Iran. Abstract: 

The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship be-tween defense mechanisms and personal and social adjustment teacher training students of in Farhangian University in Khouzestan province (Iran). The sample consisted of 220 students who were selected systematic ran-domly. The research method was descriptive-correlation and the data were analyzed using SPSS software with descriptive and inferential statis-tics. The results of the analysis and the hypothesis analysis showed that there is a significant and positive relationship between the defense mecha-nisms and the personal and social adjustment of the student population. Out of the subscales of defence mechanisms, Subscales of denial, diffrac-tion, reasoning and depression, had a positive and significant relationship with Individual and Social adjustment and defense mechanisms can gener-ally predict the variance of their individual and social compatibility.
