Borders in each country are very important because of their different roles and functions such as economic, military, social, political functions and the roles of separation, integration and communication. It is important to carefully consider the management of this part of the country. As borders in each country are influenced by the cultural, social and political conditions of that country, the management model must also be a native one which takes into considerations the cultural and social conditions of that country. The purpose of this study is to develop a jihadist management model in border management so that this model can be used to manage the borders in a better way. Method: The method used in this research is a mix method study (consisting of two types of qualitative and quantitative studies) with sequential heuristic approach. In the sequential heuristic approach, first, qualitative data and then quantitative data are collected and analyzed. Qualitative phase has usually priority, and quantitative data are used to enhance qualitative ones. Conclusion: In this research, experts prioritized dimensions according to their importance as follows: knowledge dimension, organizational dimension, acquisition dimension, mission dimension, and field dimension. As stated above, knowledge dimension received the first rank and field dimension ranked the fifth. Finally, according to the experts’ views, the most important indicator in mission dimension was advisory structures indicator, in acquisition dimension was the behavior of Jihadist managers, in organizational dimension was having a team spirit, and in the field dimension was work conscience.
