Abstract: 

The police mission requires it to be at the heart of people’ s lives. The mission of the police force and the constant and continuous communication of its employees with different segments of the people have special subtleties and sensitivities, and it is important from different aspects and dimensions. These characteristics have led by the Supreme Leader. In his statements to the commanders of the police force, he said that they should be reminded of the importance of this connection and consider it as one of the distinguishing features of the police force from other agencies. Ibn Pajuhesh (institute) has been written with the aim of achieving the desired organizational behavior pattern of the law enforcement force of the Islamic Republic of Iran based on the orders and measures of Imam Khamenei. The present study is applied, developmental in terms of purpose and has been mixed and described in a descriptive, analytical, correlational and case-by-case manner. The statistical population includes the text of all statements, sermons, letters, rulings, measures and orders of Imam Khamenei until 2016 and the use of experts with the foreseen conditions that 70 people have been counted. The results of the research show that this model has three dimensions and twelve components and 78 indicators.

Abstract: 

The typology and personality of employees in different organizations is a new, important and necessary issue. The application of this issue in human resource management causes an increasing tendency to recognize the personality traits of employees and has led to the development of various personality typology tests. Therefore, the study of the relationship between different personality types with topics such as productivity, motivation and employee abuse rate has been considered by researchers in the field of management. The present study aims to identify and categorize the offender’ s staff and provide a scientific model for predicting offenses using data mining techniques. This research is applied and is a descriptive survey that has been implemented in two phases related to each other. The first phase of the personality typology of the offender and the second phase of the model and the clustering of prediction of employee abuse on the basis of data mining has been presented. The results of the first phase of the research indicate that the highest frequency of personality types among the offender staff belongs to the four types of personality “ ISTJ” , “ ESTJ” , “ ISTP” and “ INTJ” respectively. These four types constitute 78. 41% of the total number of interviewees. The “ financial crimes” have been the most frequent crime committed by the group. The following titles belong to “ moral crimes” , “ drug crimes” , and “ special military offenses” . Also, the results of the second phase show that clandestine employees are clustered in three main clusters, and the categorization patternand employee offense prediction were calculated in a 10-dimensional model.

Abstract: 

According to part of the declaration of values, the Islamic Republic of Iran’ s virtual space in 2025 must be based on legality, responsible freedom, social discipline, Islamic-Iranian lifestyle, ethical, healthy, safe, useful, be professional, skilled, effective and efficient human resources. the purpose of this study was to present a model of human resource empowerment to combat virtual space trafficking by responsible organizations in west Azerbaijan province. The research method is qualitative-quantitative and exploratory. qualitative and quantitative data were collected using semi-structured interviews and a valid and reliable researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population consisted of 15 police, administrative and academic elite and 110 senior police officers and managers of the police command awareness and government punishment organization of west Azerbaijan province that using Morgan table, 86 people were selected as statistical sample. descriptive and inferential statistics, chi-square and Friedman nonparametric tests, and spss22 software were used. The present study leads to the identification of four effective dimensions in empowering human resources, respectively: 1-Improving communication skills and media literacy, 2-Improving organizational support, 3-Access to hardware and software tools, and 4-Strengthening defense and coping teachings. It became virtual. The final model of human resource empowerment was presented by the responsible organizations in West Azerbaijan Province in order to deal with the smuggling of goods in cyberspace.

Abstract: 

Today, addressing the issue of performance of health care centers from an intra-organizational perspective, for better decision-making and from an extra-organizational perspective, is of direct impact on the health of the individual, family and society. Therefore, in this study, considering different studies and interviews and a model is presented to improve the performance of medical service centers by explaining the role of pure innovation, knowledge competencies and market orientation. The community is being studied by the staff of Baqiatallah Hospital. For sampling, random sampling method was used with limited statistical population and 420 questionnaires were distributed among hospital staff and managers based on research variables. Content validity was obtained using the opinions of 7 scientific and experimental experts. Also, the validity of the structure has been used in two criteria: convergent validity and divergent validity and Cornbrash’ s alpha method and combined reliability have been used for reliability. To test the research hypotheses, structural equation modeling method using SmartPLS3. 0 software has been used. The results of the research show that in conditions of environmental turmoil, organizational architecture and appropriate structure to improve the internal and external observation of ideas and also improve the knowledge management process, market orientation is done, on the competence of employees’ knowledge, pure innovation and The performance of the organization is effective.

Abstract: 

The aim of this paper is to study the relationship between personality traits, background variables and strategic thinking among senior commanders and managers of NAJA. This practical quantitative research is descriptive in terms of method and cross-sectional in terms of time. The data is gathered by a survey along with a documentary research collecting and studying available knowledge. Based on research results, among big five personality traits, “ conscientiousness” and “ extraversion” have respectively positive and negative significant correlations with strategic thinking value; but other traits – agreeableness, openness to experience and neuroticism, do not have any significant relationship with it. Background variables including age, academic major and degree, work experience and post type don’ t exhibit significant relationship with strategic thinking skill.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the measurement of human capital performance in the process of fulfilling the mission of the Armed Forces. Affected by the transcendent goals of the Islamic system in terms of belief, political, economic, social, cultural, and at national, regional, and international levels. Influenced by the important mission of the Armed Forces in the Islamic political system in the realization of the intended goals, and the double emphasis on value-based principles, sacred defense experiences, new wars, and strategists on the role of humanitarian forces in the Islamic Republic. This research is one of the developmentapplied researches. In terms of purpose, applied research, in terms of level of analysis, descriptive-analytical research, and in terms of library-based taxonomy, using survey tools and web sites and questionnaires. By determining the factors and indices using Friedman test, the multivariate regression was calculated by determining the four factors and nineteen indices of the effect of factors and indices on the measurement of human capital performance in the armed forces. Based on the results of development with a rating of 2. 62, absorption with a rating of 2. 11, a release with a rating of 1. 71, and a holding with a rating of 26. 26, they affect the financial performance. Confirming the Hypotheses, a full range of options forms a layered defense under the heading of five capacities in the domain of sustainable security-political security, social security, religious security, economic security, cultural security-which is addressed in the concluding remarks.
