Abstract: 

The purpose of this research is to identify the key components of innovation culture derived from expert experiences and literature review. The presentation of a conceptual model based on path analysis is based on the exploratory blend of model design. This research was carried out in a mixed way. In qualitative section, the method of grounded theories was used. After performing the research with a qualitative approach, we extracted 111 indexes with a comprehensive interview and the exploratory factor analysis method was used to reduce the number of variables affecting the innovative culture and the formation of a new structure based on the correlation between the variables. Finally, the path analysis was used to determine the direct and indirect effects on innovation culture were used. The number of questionnaires collected was 140, which was collected randomly from the directors and experts of the dairy industry of Mazandaran province. The results show that there is a positive and significant effect between the variables of supportive mechanism, leadership, technology, potential absorption capacity, organizational change and strategy and infrastructure necessary for innovation on innovation culture. The results also support the positive and significant impact of innovation culture on organizational ambidexterity, the acquisition of sustainable competitive advantage, and the implementation of innovation.

Abstract: 

Objective: This research aims to analyse key stakeholders in Tehran air pollution control project during its life cycle. Methods: Since the research is qualitative, after librarian research and gathering research literature, the actors of Tehran air pollution control project were recognized and the outputs analyzed using Delphi method. Key actors were determined after Delphi method application and analyzed using power-interest matrix during life cycle. Results: in the present study, 12 key actors identified and selected from 23 actors as follows: “ Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade” , “ Environmental Protection Agency” , “ Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting Organization” , “ National Standard Organization of Iran” , “ Tehran Air Quality Control Company” , “ Deputy of Transport and Traffic of Tehran Municipality” , “ Insurance organizations” , “ Oil Ministry” , “ traffic police” , “ Automakers” , “ Ministry of Health and Medical Education” , “ Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development Organization of Tehran Municipality” . Conclusion: in the present study, key actors changed in each stage of projects life cycle while in almost all similar projects this fundamental change has been ignored in the project run time. also after reviwing formal documents, laws and strategies that have been written for solving air pollution crisis it was found that “ Insurance organizations” have been ignored as a key actor in solving this crisis.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the layout design is to find the most efficient arrangement of equipment, manpower in departments or units in order to maximize productivity in product production. Existing heuristic models do not consider the organizations need to locate units within certain departments, but in practice many organizations need to design a layout that limits the location of units in their respective departments. Particularly for organizations with an operational organizational structure, and often each of the units in each executive department should be located in their own office. The purpose of this article is that in an organization composed of several main departments and each department comprising several units, optimal placement is made in such a way that the limits of locating the units within the departments that are similar to the work process are met. Many layout design problems are not suited to solve mathematical problems because some of the facilities need to be put together. In this paper, constraints are added to design the facility layout in specific departments and a mathematical model is proposed for optimization. The benefits of introducing departmental constraints are: Compared to existing models, it provides more pragmatic logic for layout and facility design, and can help improve computational efficiency by reducing overlap constraints across facilities.

Abstract: 

Todays, almost all large companies and organizations have recognized the importance of the processes improvement and had experience in this field or started its application. Due to the fact that, the aim of this research is providing a framework for improving the processes. This research is practical in terms of purpose and is descriptive-exploratory in terms of method. In this researchthe intended processes have been investigated via interview, and mapped by using the standard language of models and symbols of the business process (BPMN. 2) and Visual software paradigm. In the next stage, after extracting the existing problems, they were drawn up in the form of cause and effect diagram through interviewing with managers and experts. . Then, the solutions were extracted through the open questionnaire. The solutions were completed in a few steps using the Delphi method. Subsequently, the design of the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Quality house Table were developed. The weight of the problems and solutions was obtained by the completion of the questionnaire by the company's experts. Finally, the processes were analyzed by extracting the evaluation indicators and improve suggestions have been proposed.

Abstract: 

The ICT industry is moving from a capital-centric towards a services-centric one. This is due to the emergence of technologies and infrastructures and businesses that challenge the business models of traditional players. Hence, the actors have begun their work with a different look at the innovation strategy of the new decade. On the other hand, industry activists have considered strategic alliances as one of the most important organizational forms in modern society in recent years. The purpose of this study is to help the managers by identifying the factors influencing the selection of strategic partners and, in particular, the factors based on the innovation strategy, through first analysis of more than 1, 400 scientific researches and second customizing factors with the fuzzy Delphi technique. The results show that investment (financing), cost, level of innovation, intangible resources, marketing resources, commercialization risk, time uncertainty and financial parameters are the most effective ones. In addition, industry executives can come up with the type of optimal strategic alliance through profit sharing, financing sharing, innovation sharing, or a mixed of these three, with a quantitative model presented in this research based on Nash bargaining.

Abstract: 

International situation of Iran for providing energy sources to other countries, particularly Gas, it requires to pay serious attention for promoting the export supply efficiency of Gas products, and identifying factors which are affecting to exploit the international opportunities for such companies regarding entrepreneurial approach. In this research, we try to find out these factors thru experiences and knowledge of the experts in the international Gas market. This research is qualitative and has been developed by using content analysis technique. The data was collected through open and semi-structured interviews by 15 business owners, top managers and experts of Iranian Liquefied Petroleum (LPG) export companies, which were selected by Snowball sampling method, and analyzed by content analysis encoding. According to results, the effective factors of international entrepreneurial opportunities can be categorized in four main directions: international entrepreneurial attitude, international entrepreneurial innovation and creativity, international entrepreneurial competitive distinction, and international entrepreneurial networking. Each of these four classified factors includes their own categories and subcategories which are addressed in this study.

ICT plays an important role in accelerating economic growth, especially in today's age of the Internet and mobile telecommunications. Due to the upward trend in the use of information and communication technology in the countries of the world, this part of the economy demands a lot of attention. Improved policies due to the impact of information and communication technology on the economy are one of the top programs of governments in developed and developing countries. A review of the literature shows that few systematic studies have examined the role of information and communication technology in GDP growth and the impact of various variables on the role of information and communication technology has not been sufficiently studied. The present study uses systematic approach and system dynamics methodology and examine interactions of ICT variables including ICT access, ICT development, ICT usage etc. with macroeconomic variables such as GDP, total factor productivity, ICT Capital examines ICT's value-added share of GDP and so on and presents a conceptual model of the role of ICT in GDP growth. The qualitative model designed in this study can be the basis for future quantitative research and mathematical simulation with a systematic approach to information and communication technology and GDP.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Green human resource management on the social legitimacy through mediating variable of the social responsibility. This study is applied and the method of data collection, descriptive and correlational and based on the methodology of structural equation modeling. The population consisted of 270 office workers were Esfahan, s Mobarakeh Steel Company has determined that the sample size by simple random sampling based on Grjsy and Morgan table, 159 individuals were determined. A questionnaire to collect information green human resource management and social responsibility are two standard questionnaires Galbraith (2010) and questioning the social legitimacy of a domain and colleagues (2013) were used. To assess the validity of the methods from teachers and experts and content validity using Cronbach's alpha was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire. Test of hypotheses using structural equation modeling by AMOS software was used. The results of the study showed that green HRM social legitimacy with path (0/49), human resource management, social responsibility Green on a path coefficient (0/69) as well as social responsibility over social legitimacy with path (0/78) impact resulting social responsibility as a mediator in human resource management influence green social legitimacy with path (0/53) is effective.

Abstract: 

Organizational energy is a renewable resource that is the basis for measuring organizational performance whose its level and intensity can influence on employee performance. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that inhibits and forces the productive organizational energy in the form of force field analysis. In this study, 17 experts of the office of Melli Bank branch affaires were used by qualitative content analysis method. The results of this exploratory study showed that the main factors of driving productive organizational energy included recognition, management support, reward, and trust. The main barriers to productive organizational energy were also cumbersome laws, disorder, lack of resources, and work / life imbalances. The implications of these findings are discussed.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study is to systematically study the research literature in the field of symbolism, identify research gaps and and use the relevant findings to design a corporate branding model. This research is among secondary studies based on systematic review and grounded theory method. 130 articles were investigated through examining the keywords in the related databases as Emerald, sciencedirect, Sage, etc and according to the predetermined criteria. Quick review of the abstracts of the target articles helped delete the irrelevant articles, and then the content of reviewed, and finally the fulltext of 56 articles were selected to be reviewed. According to grounded theory approach, three coding steps were used in the present study: open coding, axial coding and selective coding for data analysis. In addition, MAXQDA software was used to organize the findings. The research findings were adapted with corporate branding theories and gaps in this field were identified. The results of adaptation in this study show that there is a structural and substantive relationship between the core categories and theories of corporate branding, in a way that meaning, symbol and value as interconnected constructs form the corporate brand ecosystem. The brand ecosystem has three levels of fundamental ideology, organizing ideology and consumption ideology.

Abstract: 

In today's competitive world, innovation is considered as a prerequisite for the survival of organizations. It is possible through human resources. In fact, the intellectual capital and human resources of the organization are one of the richest resources, which can bring growth and development for organization with the power of their thinking and innovation. Hence, the organization's access to innovation will be possible only through human resources and motivation of its employees. One of the factors, which can motivate employees to motivate, is providing psychological well-being and comfort for human resources by organizations. Thus, the objective of this study is to evaluate the employees' psychological well-being and its effect on motivating the employees to innovate. The present study is an applied research in terms of the objective and correlational type of descriptive-survey research in terms of data collection method. The research population included petrochemical companies operating in Bushehr province. Sampling was used due to large size of the research population. Data were collected using questionnaire. The validity of the data collection tool was confirmed through content validity and its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha method. The research questionnaire was provided to 315 employees of the petrochemical companies of Bushehr province. The structural equation method was used for analyzing the data in this study. The results of this study revealed a positive and significant effect on all of the six dimensions of psychological well-being such as autonomy, self-esteem, environmental domination, personal growth, having goal life, and positive relationships with others on motivating the employees to innovate.

Abstract: 

Today, social media has become an opportunity for organizations and tourism destinations and regarding to the importance of Customer Loyalty, Organizations are always looking for ways to reach this kind of customers. Including; Customer-to-customer interactions are very important to marketers. To the extent that some researchers believe that positive interactions between customers with each other is one of the most effective and efficient ways to create loyalty to the organization. The present study seeks to evaluate the impact of passion on social media on the intention to revisit tourists with the mediating role of customer interaction with customer. The present research is practical in terms of purpose and descriptive survey in terms of method. The statistical population of the study is the tourists of Isfahan City in the first six months of 1398, whose number was estimated to be 210 by simple sampling method and through Cochran's formula. A researcher-made questionnaire was used in order to gathering information. Statistical analyzes were performed using SPSS and Amos software and the regression method was used in the hypothesis path analysis test. The findings show that, in general, the desire to work on the Facebook social media affects the intention of visiting tourists. And when the mediating role of the interaction of the tourist with each other is also considered, this effect still exists and in some cases this effect will be even greater. Among the research components; Customer satisfaction, perceived enjoyment, sense of usefulness and extraversion has a greater impact on the tourist's revisitability.

Abstract: 

This article firstly tries to identify the various dimensions of successful implementation and development business intelligence as a set of technologies and processes that promote the procedure of the decision-making in the organization. Next, the effect of these dimensions on the process of decision-making in Eghtesad-e-Novin Bank, as a financial organization in which the speed of decision-making is of importance will be discussed. The criteria are the cultural, strategic and environmental factors, human resources and business intelligence tools the effects of which are discussed on the variable of "the latency in decision-making" in four divisions of organizational decision environment. The research methodology is mixed in this research and for this purpose in the qualitative part, the different dimensions of success in implementation and development business intelligence were extracted on the quality of decision-making with the Delphi technique by using the method of interviews and open questions in three stages and with the snowball method with the opinions of 18 experts. In the quantitative part, the priorities were determined with the help of the Analysis Network Process and Super Decision software. Finally, the main questionnaire has been finalized for the distribution among 90 personnel of different levels of the development and implement of business intelligence systems and the direct users of these systems in the organization. With the help of Smart Plus software and structural equations, as well as the effect of research variables on the reduction in the latency in decision-making, the relevant assumptions have been examined in a descriptive and survey manner with factor analysis. The proposed factors and models for evaluating business intelligence presented in this article help organizations, especially financial organizations in which speed in decision-making is of particular importance, to promote decision-making and minimize possible latencies in decision-making.
