Abstract: 

Problem definition is the most vital and important step in system dynamics approach. It is the basis for other steps of dynamic modeling and one of the main conditions in the effectiveness of modeling and its success. Considering its importance, there is scant literature on process of problem definition and attributes as well as indicators of dynamic problems. With aims to explain the problem definition, this article creates problem definition framework through the systematic and structured process by extracting the indicators and factors that determine a dynamic problem. At this point all the articles listed at the first two rounds of system dynamics research conferences in 1976 and 1981 and also 33 around of the system dynamics conference from 1983 to 2015 as well as the Journal of System Dynamics Review (SDR) and scientific databases include Elsevier, Wiley, Springer and Emerald were examined. Finally, a framework was designed with 6 indicators including structure of the problem, problem`s stakeholders, border of problem, problem complexity, dynamics and nature of the problem, which altogether consists of 24 indexes. A comprehensive framework for the diagnosis of dynamics problem is main finding of this paper.

Abstract: 

Nowadays the effect of cultural industries on GDP, economic growth, social welfare and development of international exchanges is very significant. Therefore cultural activities are to become one of the most fundamental principles of the world economic system. Accordingly, due to the richness and wealth of Iran in terms of cultural products, it is necessary to look at this matter in a different manner and to identify factors which affect the demand for this type of product in order to systematically improving structure of supply and the economy of culture. This study aimed to carry out the composition and classification of factors which affect the demand for products of Iranian culture in domestic market. A qualitative study based on grounded theory, using interviews of 30 artists, scholars and cultural activists with snowball sampling method were conducted. Data analysis were done according to the developed grounded process model. Then, 182 concepts in 4 aspects of: "Stimulating the demand", "creating the demand", "supplying of the demand" and "repeating the demand" were modeled. The reliability of coding was verified with retest reliabilty percentage of 1.52.

Abstract: 

Although at some period of history some religious scholars believed religion was the reason for backwardness of communities, divine religions are drivers for individual and social capital accumulation and improving economic, cultural and social community. Therefore, religion can be considered in two dimensions of individual religious capital and social religious capital, which can be resulted in development of society as a motivating factor. The purpose of this study was to investigate the religious capital impact on organizational citizenship behavior. The population consisted of 270 employees of Social Security Organization in Isfahan. The sample size of 159were determined randomly and according to the Grjsy and Morgan. For data gathering religious capital and organizational citizenship questionnaire was used. Validity and reliability of questionnaire confirmed using content validity and Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of respectively 82.0, 76.0. For testing hypotheses Structural equation modeling using Amos software was conducted. Results showed that the religious capital has significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior with path coefficient of 0.46. Subsidiary hypothesizes of religious capital factors (include rulings, beliefs and morality) impacts on corporate behavior were significant with path coefficient of 0.52, 0.39 and 0.47 respectively.

Abstract: 

This research intends to identify and assess effect of personal factors and materiality of wrongdoing on whistle-blowing. Combination of qualitative and quantitative methods is applied and in qualitative method, Delphi technique used to identify each factor components in 4 stages applying Kenad’s coefficient which was 0.433. Then, in quantitative method, based on result of Delphi technique, a questionnaire was provided and its validity confirmed by CVI and CVR measures. Reliability confirmed by Cronbach’s alpha of 0/766. Therefore, questionnaire was distributed in target population and 274 were completed by medical staff and hospital administration in Alzahra Hospital of Isfahan. Gathered data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. Results showed that goodness of fit and the model has reasonable adaption with experimental data. In appraising two factors of Personal and Materiality of Wrongdoing. Effect of Materiality of wrongdoing was accepted, but the effect of personal factors was not accepted.

Abstract: 

It is important to identify sources of industrial investment growth from policy planning perspective, due to importance of manufacturing industries as the engine of economic development. SME formation is one of these sources that its impact on investment process with various methods has been studied. However, each of these studies used their specific angle and in some cases, these studies have reached different conclusions. On the other hand, many of the previous studies have applied statistical approaches and short-term, medium-term and long-term consequences of the solutions that have proposed by these studies has not considered at the same time. Therefore to address this deficiency, the holistic approach (system thinking) used to study impact of SME formation on investment growth. System Dynamics (SD) method used as a tool for implementing system thinking approach in order to use its capabilities in complex systems modeling and for achievng suitable results from simulation model. The population is Fars province in Period of 1360-1410. Vensim software has used for modeling and simulating. The results from the simulation of designed model showed, there is direct and interactive relationship between SME formation and amount of industrial investment.

Abstract: 

The effective role of managers and leaders’ political intelligence in organization fundamental changes are undeniable. Political intelligence is the intelligence with which the leaders can make influence over appropriate changes in organization. Political intelligence is one of the social skills that a transformational leader must know well and use it for more Effectiveness in organizational change. Each organization Culture has an important role in acceptance of change by employees and staff readiness to change. The leaders make culture through a process of social influence and with impact on employees, guiding them towards the realization of the noble objectives of the organization. In this paper, the impact of political intelligence on organizational change in government agencies of Guilan as well as moderating role of organization a culture, regarding political intelligence and organizational changes is examined. The research data has been collected from the government agencies of Guilan. This research is practical and its method is descriptive and a survey which collect information through questionnaires. For data analysis, Structural equation modeling and algorithms of partial least squares are used. Results show that the political intelligence influence on organizational change and organizational culture moderate the relationship between political intelligence and organizational change.

Abstract: 

Many theorists of management emphasize on In-role and Extra-role performance in order to enhance effectiveness. Different studies have been done to improve the In-role and Extra-role performance of employees which include perception of social responsibility and job attitudes. The aim of this study is to evaluate perception of social responsibility effects with In-role and Extra-role performance considering job attitudes as a mediator variable. The population of the survey includes 1,640 managers and staff of Tejarat Bank. Data gathered through questionnaires and a sample of 314 randomly collected, and were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The validity of research questions confirmed using confirmatory factor analysis and reliability was approved by Cronbach's Alpha. According to The results of structural equation modeling, all hypotheses except one was proven. Also it showed that the job attitudes as a mediator in the relationship between the perception of social responsibility and employee performance has meaningful and significant effect.

Abstract: 

In recent years, public sector performance and public perception of the values created by this sector through public services has become a center of focus for many researchers in public administration. Substantial research has been conducted to develop metrics for measuring public sector performance in different contexts. The present study followed an applied approach to develop a model for measuring public sector performance in creating public values. To this end, after a thorough review of the existing literature, a quantitative survey-based study was conducted which resulted in identifying a fairly comprehensive list of common values in four categories: moral, professional, humanistic and democratics; the face and content validity of which were approved by a Panel of Experts. Subsequently, a questionnaire was developed based on the values inferred in the first stage, and handed to the sample population, consisting of the clients of state banks (Melli Bank, Sepah Bank & Keshavarzi Bank). Construct validity of the values was confirmed using SPSS software output and factor analysis. The final step was to evaluate the measurement model using partial least squares method and PLS software. At this stage, values with factor loading less than 0.4 were excluded from the measurement model and 18 remaining values were confirmed in the four above-mentioned categories.

Abstract: 

Necessity to budget restructuring from program budgeting to performance ‎budgeting led to many studies for requirements of these changes. By ‎reviewing literature budgeting models with concept of ‎performance as Excellency and Efficiency was not seen. Main idea of this research ‎was providing Performance-based budgeting model with following criteria: 1-while considering general policies of Tehran University of Medical Sciences in ‎budget allocation among subset hospitals, efficiency at overall and ‎efficiency in budget allocation should be taken into account. 2- Efficiency of the ‎ used mathematical models should be considered.‎‏ ‏The EFQM Excellency model was used as a base ‎of excellence assessment in hospitals. In order to classify hospitals, thoes with similarities in excellence dimensions were clustered and ‎ efficiency of hospitals evaluated using BCC model. ‎ In order to achieve the main purpose of the study, at the first step, crisp performance-‎based budgeting model was designed by 6 Goal (Excellency, efficiency and Bed ‎Occupancy Rate at two levels of Cluster Average and within clusters) then the ‎model was enabled to better respond in uncertainty situation by using the fuzzy ‎and robustness methods. Also, in order to analyze capabilities of ‎robust models more precisely, the Monte Carlo simulation was used. Results showed that the ‎robust-fuzzy model has more capability than crisp model reposing the uncertainty ‎in parameters of problem.
