Abstract: 

Using adaptable and intelligent strategies in knowledge management processes allows organizations to succeed and compete in a challenging environment. Knowledge sharing is one of the most important components of knowledge management. Sharing means to share data, information, and experiences. In other words, through the process of sharing, the knowledge is distributed to all activities, and even beyond, outside the organization. The study employs an applied correlational research method and the study population consists of the employees of iran Islamic Republic News Agency in tehran. A sample of 50 participants is selected using cluster and simple random sampling. The findings of the research indicate that the strategic transfer and the expert transfer of knowledge are respectively the most and the least significant components of knowledge sharing. Moreover, complexity and centralization are respectively the most and the least significant components of organizational structure. Correlation analysis shows that there is a significant relationship between the components of formalization, centralization, complexity and knowledge sharing. The results of regression analysis show that organizational structure determines 41% of knowledge sharing variance. In this study, the organizational centralization is mostly an explanatory component. The analysis results of structural equation modeling with LISREL indicates a good fit for the model of the relationship between two variables of organizational structure and knowledge sharing.

Abstract: 

With the expansion of scientific methods and increasing demand in this field, the violation and misconduct have also been expanded in the world of science, and acts such as data mining, fraud, abuse and theft have brought other people's works into their own name. . . It may seem that they can be called anti-ethical behavior in science. The present article aims at clarifying and assisting in the recognition of the status of scientific ethics and the standards of scientific ethics along with the elaboration of the practice of Imam Khomeini (Rahmaullah Alyha) in this field. The issue of this research is the absence of a practical model in the field of scientific ethics. Accordingly, research goals have been formed; that is, helping to better understand the opinions of the ethics of science and studying the relevant criteria and mentioning the common points of the ethics of science and the components of ethics in the scientific direction of Imam (Rahmaullah Alyha), which is to achieve To them, answering research questions, which are "What are the ethical standards in the field of science? " And "Are the components of scientific ethics applicable to the scientific ethics of the Imam (Rahmaullah Alyha) with the standards of the ethics of science applicable? " It is essential. This research is a type of adaptation (developmental, practical) and has conducted a cross-sectional (qualitative and quantitative) field and library study and analyzed the data. . In the qualitative section, using documentary studies, a comparative study of existing views in the field of methodology of knowledge was developed and, finally, by relying on the analysis of qualitative content, to present the main categories and the main propositions, then in the quantitative approach, the results of the qualitative section. The research hypothesis has been analyzed and tested. The research community consists of existing resources related to the philosophy of science, scientific ethics and the role of Imam (Rahmulullah Alayh), and the sampling was done with theoretical saturation logic and the information was collected to saturation and using qualitative analysis techniques; Analyzed and analyzed. In the quantitative section, in order to test the hypothesis, a sample of 40 PhD students was selected randomly and the questionnaire was referred to them. After the final analysis, the hypothesis of the research was tested and proved, and Imam Khomeini (Rahmulullah Alayh (it is a good model for scientific ethics.

Abstract: 

Due to the dimensions of the issue of transportation has gradually proven strategic managers and today is one of the comprehensive look at their concern is transportation. Iran's strategic position and the need for long term planning and foresight based and macro elements involved, the importance of high-level transportation management, while avoiding the waste of capital importance to a comprehensive look at it highlights (especially occasion 9-year-old and 2-year-old from the perspective of decades of progress and justice). In this study, at first transportation issues are identified, then the question of what and why transportation, its elements, their relationships through content analysis and macro-thinking move, credible sources, are answered. With qualitative research and using the snowball method of transportation experts in strategic dimensions, responded to questions about the separation and analysis of the transportation system. After analyzing the views collected the transportation pattern, and assessment and accreditation is final. Accordingly, priority of transportation issues are determined and the three elements of migratory transportation, moving and relocation network is formed in the policy-making and strategic management approach to planning, field preparation, implementation and evaluation of all three elements together and be the contemplated to be seen. The pyramidal pattern to the first with the ability to extend the surface transportation logistics, discussed and presented.

Abstract: 

Evolutionary theories about the future war will examine the transformation of war in a developmental process based on important milestones in human history and civilization. The past wars were conducted directly and completely between the countries or alliances involved in the war, the recent wars were held to a limited extent, the future war is being fought in a gray area conflict, a dual gray zone Conflicts called Peace and War In terms of its course, it is somewhat similar to an uncontrollable, hybrid war. The main purpose of this paper is to explain the gray areas Conflicts as the concept of the future In Defense Managemant. This research is based on a case study and is an applied method. The method of collecting field and library information and the statistical population of 120 people, using Analytical methods have been utilized and the results of the study indicate that full-fledged and limited war has caused public discontent and cost to the United States, which is why Americans are looking to create a gray area Conflicts by destroying the Takfiri-terrorist groups, supporting NGOs reducing costs and casualties. Gray areas Conflicts include Yemen, Syria, Palestine, Lebanon, Bahrain, Qatar, Iraq, the South China Sea and Ukraine. The best way to challenge the gray area Conflicts& Managemant is the Muslim Alliance against terrorism and avoiding conflicts of identity and differences in order to prevent US presence in the West Asian region.

Abstract: 

One of the factors to create value in value chain is creating logical connection between members of value chain and also measurements that increase production efficiency, processing and marketing. In this study in addition to review and analyze dimensions, macro components and micro components of value chain of garden products with the resistive approach in status quo and desirable situation, strategic prepositions were reviewed to create and increase value in chain. In this study qualitative and quantitative methods have been used to realize the goals of the research and in addition to review the existing literature and comparative study of 10 countries and also interview with gardening experts, industry and logistic experts, dimensional indicators and components of value chain of garden products have been evaluated using Likert scale. Findings of the study shows that among the dimensions of chain, the dimensions of underlying factors include policy making of the government and support NGOs, logistic and inventory, science and technology, climate and the environment. It had the most difference of the status quo and desirable situation and among micro components, logistic and inventory chain had the most difference between the status quo and desirable situation. Paying attention to transportation and inventory, careful look at science and technology at monitoring its effects on value creation and also structural reform, agility of bureaucratic systems, not quick change of laws and instructions and clarification are some recommendations of the author.

Abstract: 

Strategic management is a three-step process involving strategic planning, strategic implementation, and strategic evaluation. Abstract: 

At the beginning of the year 1394 Hijri, The Islamic Revolution Leader Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei in his New Year, pointed to the high capacities of the Iranian people and government policies and said to achieve national aspirations, sincere cooperation and empathy among the nation and government is essential, and he emphasized to achieve this empathy and sympathy "mutual trust" is Necessary. This research aimed to develop Iranian public manager's competency model with the approach of building mutual trust and achieving empathy and sympathy. Qualitative approach was used in this research. With the help of referring to religious instructions (sermons, letters and wisdom of Nahjol Balaghe), upstream documents including vision document IRI In 1404, the administrative system policies issued by the Supreme Leader and Civil Service Management Act, job descriptions of the executive managers of government ministries, and used Grounded Theory to identify Public managers competencies model. Then, through interviews with 20 experts of public management field, competency model was reviewed and completed. The output of this research is Iranian public manager's competency model which includes four main dimensions: competency of managing organizational culture in public organizations, competency of managing organizational structure and departments of public organizations, competency of managing human capital in public organizations and competency of managing Relationships between people and public organizations And Fifteen components, and 85 key indicators to assess Iranian public managers competencies.

Abstract: 

The need for strategic management of knowledge based on the teachings of pure Islam Mohammad (pbuh) on the basis of principles, themes, issues, and ends consistent with the explicit version of the Holy Quran, Islamic traditions and traditions is an inevitable necessity. The main purpose of this study is to obtain the characteristics and coordinates of strategic knowledge management based on pure Islam Mohammadi and based on this model is presented. The nature of the research is based on a mixed method (qualitative / quantitative) with the aim of identifying a strategic knowledge management model based on pure Mohammadi Islam. Data collection tools include scientific and specialized library studies, scientific and research papers and dissertations and questionnaires and interviews. In this study, data analysis was performed based on questions and hypotheses based on statistical analysis, factor analysis and cluster analysis. The results imply the identification of two objective and subjective dimensions that are attempted in the mental aspect of knowledge bases, basics, themes, issues and ends of knowledge, knowledge management and strategic management of knowledge, and in the objective dimension of structural, methodological, process and content components along with indicators. They will be paid. The overall fit in the analysis was based on the data from the questionnaire to analyze the relationships between the dimensions as well as between the components. In the end, a strategic knowledge management model based on pure Mohammadi Islam (SAI) was introduced.

Abstract: 

The realization of the supreme ideals of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, such as the revival of the new Islamic civilization, the constructive, active and progressive presence among nations and the preparation for the establishment of justice and spirituality in the world, requires the presentation of a practical model of the ethics and lifestyle of Islam. Explaining the role of the linkage and effective communication of education as the most widespread cultural and social institution with about 70, 000 mosques in the country and its impact on the institutionalization of the Islamic lifestyle is an important step in the field of cultural Jihad. The most important principle for institutionalizing the Islamic lifestyle in education is to formulate the foundations, principles, road map, and create insights and common understanding of the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The purpose of this research is to answer the question of the role of mosque transplantation with education in the institutionalization of Islamic lifestyle. This research has been done in terms of applied and developmental purpose and through qualitative research method, data collection has been done. The statistical society of the research consists of two parts of the documentary society and the expert community. Data from exploratory studies and interviews with experts were extracted and used by Maxqda software and through qualitative content analysis method. This research included identifying the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the education system. And training, and providing a strategy and suggestion on the effective communication of the institution of the mosque with the field of education.

The developments in West Asia and North Africa provided Turkey with a valuable opportunity to advance its strategies and the AKP to increase its role and influence at the regional level. Some have attributed this tendency to Turkey in the context of the Islamist leaders' desire to revive the Ottoman Islamic empire, and some have cited the idea of "strategic depth" as well as "balance-making". Turkey's approaches and policies will naturally affect the interests and security of the Islamic Republic of Iran as Turkey's neighbor, given its efforts to take advantage of developments to enhance its regional and global position and interests. The present study seeks to identify possible scenarios by looking at the consequences of these developments on the region, the world and especially the threats and opportunities facing our country. In the study of literature, inspired by the mixed qualitative and quantitative method, research and documents available on Turkish policies and actions towards the developments of the countries concerned were examined. In-depth semi-structured interviews were also conducted with subject matter experts in order to gain implicit knowledge in the field. Developments in the Middle East have opened up many opportunities for Turkey, with the overall result being increased involvement in the region. Taking an active approach to change and avoiding the strategy of non-interference is considered a necessity for our country. Considering the effects and consequences of developments on the future of the region, neglecting it will cause irreparable damage to the interests and security of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the future.

Abstract: 

The Islamic Revolution of Iran has provided a new fundamental scientific thought and attitude to the evolution of changing attitudes and bio-spirituality to the world with two prominent Islamic-Iranian characteristics, thus, in relation to human resources in the fields of women and youth, A special one has been formed and a new and independent model of government and sovereignty has been introduced, with the idea of the young and the Islamic Revolution as one of its prominent features. Abstract: 

The manager experiences documentation is an undeniable necessity, Therefore, the purpose of this study is to present a model for developing managers' experiences with emphasis on the methods of documenting experiences. The statistical population of this study is 113 managers Which is at the strategic level and in the area of government policy and national and military apparatus that work in the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in this study, a sample of 87 people was tested. The main tool of this study was first study documents, then free interview and finally a researcher-made questionnaire that Confirmed by verified experts, and then validated by Cronbach's alpha, its reliability (with a total reliability of 0. 978) was confirmed and implemented. The results of this research have shown that documenting experiences involves expert selection approaches, forum, case-based arguments, storytelling and suggestion systems. Which is presented as five desirable methods for documenting managerial strategic experiences. In applying the above methods, the level of managers at the macro and organizational levels, identification of types of experiences, incorporating the rules and regulations governing the use of the discourse of the velayat-e fagih as the general policies of the Islamic system should be devoted to the methods of documenting the experiences of managers.

Abstract: 

One of the most important aspirations of Imam Khomeini and the Supreme Leader is the realization of social justice, the reduction of class distances, the elimination of cruel discrimination, the support of the deprived and the oppressed, and the housing problem of the disadvantaged. The purpose of this research was to achieve the doctrine, goals and policies and to explain the discipline of the Velayat-e Faqih in managing the housing affairs of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation and the housing of the deprived. Abstract: 

Organizations need to make decisions to maintain, upgrade valuable forces, and make effective use of human resources to achieve development and success in today's changing environment. One of the most important steps that can be taken in this regard is to pay attention to job anchors and to plan and implement strategies for personal and organizational goals. The main purpose of this research is to discover and validate the components of anchor strategies of staff working in Tehran General Education Department. The statistical population of the study consisted of 15 organizational experts who were purposefully selected to implement the Delphi method to discover the underlying factors. Using Cochran formula, 270 individuals were selected by stratified random sampling. Internal consistency of item validity and composite validity index were used to validate and validate constructs (mean variance index and Fornell Larker index) as well as content validity for validation. Delphi method was used to identify the underlying factors and structural factors of job anchor strategies and confirmatory factor analysis was used for validation. The research findings showed that staff anchoring strategies in the general office include: personal development strategies (psychological empowerment, talent management and surrogacy) and organizational development strategies (improving promotion and appointment system and improving performance appraisal system).

Abstract: 

Budgeting of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran is one of the most important issues in achieving the goals and missions of the national defense and security. Therefore, the amount of budget and amount of its allocation and speed is of special importance for these forces and these factors are directly related to the interaction. It has armed forces and sovereign institutions such as the government and parliament. Accordingly, establishing an interaction and coherence between the various agencies and the armed forces in terms of explaining goals and missions as well as sufficient and timely budgeting requires a systematic scientific model that can accelerate the achievement of goals and prevent delays in specified missions. . The purpose of this article is to present an appropriate model of budgeting of the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran in interaction with the governmental institutions. This paper is a descriptive correlational research in terms of the purpose of an applied-developmental research. The statistical population of the study consisted of 100 individuals, managers and experienced members of the governing bodies (Supreme National Security Council, General Staff of the Armed Forces, legislature, executive branch, Expediency Council, Guardian Council). The sampling was based on theoretical saturation and Purposeful sampling 97 individuals were selected. The data collection tools were also collected and analyzed through available documents as well as questionnaires and interviews. The results of the research indicate the inadequate interaction between the government and the General Staff of the Armed Forces in the preparation, regulation, and implementation of the Armed Forces budget, while the same relationship and interaction between the Islamic Consultative Assembly, the Guardian Council and the Expediency Council and the General Staff It is also optimized in the area of approval, notification and monitoring of armed forces budgeting. The Armed Forces General Staff also plays a positive and effective role in proposing, approving, allocating and overseeing the budgeting of the armed forces in the country.
