Introduction: Making emends the deficiency in services oforganization’ s staff is an essential tool of human resources management. In case of managing properly, not only the goals and missions of the organization achieve the desired proficiency, but also the actual benefits of employees and organizations will be provided Objective: This study aimed to identify and explain the individual and managerial factors affecting the compensation of project-based organizations in Iran. Material and Methods: This study is practical-developmental, combinational, descriptive-survey in terms of objective, methods and research. The statistical population of the study was project managers and HR managers. To analyze the qualitative and quantitative data, grounded theory and structural equation methods were used, respectively. Results: The results of this study showed that the numerical values of intensity of effect on individual and managerial factors dimensions were 0. 09 0. 51, respectively. Also, the relationship between the constructs of the model are significant. Discussion and Conclusion: The results of the research showed that the individual factors affecting the compensation of services of project-based organizations include the competence of individuals, employee’ s intelligence, integrity, flexibility, moralities and literacy in order of preference, and management factors, include ethics and the role of leadership, managerial competence, personal power of managers, the principle of equality, the balance of pay and benefits with the performance and management of the supporter.
