Abstract: 

Context/Purpose: Social innovations provide unique solutions for unmet social needs and policy makers should measure these needs to develop these kinds of innovation. The present study aimed to provide a framework for assessing social innovations at organization level. Methodology: This is an applied research in terms of purpose and was performed in two parts as a mixed research method. Accordingly, in the first part, using qualitative meta-synthesis research methods, and in the second part, using the survey method and by utilizing from content validity evaluation, explanation of the model was performed. Findings: By selecting and evaluating 75 studies initial framework was provided. Afterward, in order to revise the framework extracted by meta-synthesis according to the Organizations in Iran, a semi-structured interview was used to collect data from experts, and the final model was provided based on 4 dimensions with 16 concepts and 56 codes. Conclusion: Researchers by the present model can present a pattern to estimate the value of the products of social innovation by using this model based on the context, input and processes of formation.

Abstract: 

Context/Purpose: Today, corporate governance is known as an ability to obtain financial and management health. In this regard, the Open Innovation provides useful and efficient ways to achieve strong corporate governance. Given the lack of research on open innovation to deal with the ultimate goals of corporate governance in the insurance industry, the present research has been conducted. Methodology: The sample consists of 8 faculty members and insurance industry experts who have been selected based on purposeful sampling procedure. This research, based on aim is an applied one and based on collecting data through interviews, it is considered as field research. The site of the research includes the insurance companies listed on Tehran Stock Exchange. Findings: The results of the interviews and data analysis by Atlas/ti software confirmed all the research questions. According to research findings, open innovation at inbound, outbound and composition are defined as strategies that enhance corporate governance. Conclusion: Research findings recommended open innovation strategies of various ways to solve the problems of corporate governance should be used in the insurance industry.

Abstract: 

Given the increasing importance of technology commercialization in the country, identifying the drivers and obstacles of technology in organizations with experience in technology commercialization will have a crucial role in resolving the problems of the country. this article identifies the drivers and obstacles of technology commercialization in ACECR. This research is from the perspective of objective in the category of developmental research and is a qualitative study as a case study. This study was carried out through triangulation research in subject literature with 27 in-depth interviews with technology owners and experts in the ACECR, using snowball sampling and theme analysis. In this study 290 factors were identified in the two main groups of drivers and inhibitors of commercialization of technology. 172 factors have been identified as drivers and facilitators and 118 deterrents as barriers to commercialization of technology in the ACECR. Technological commercialization pioneers in this research are entrepreneurial and innovative human capital, organizational capital, social capital, institutional relations, and market attraction for technological products that must be strengthened by the proposed proposals for commercialization in the organization. Technological deterrents in this study also include the lack of commercialization infrastructure, legal and legal bottlenecks, the culture of foreign purchasing in organizations, lack of market knowledge, financing problems and weak foresight, they will efforts to address Improving the process of commercialization of technology in the organization.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: Today, knowledge resources of organizations are is considered as a powerful driver for promoting innovation and performance enhancement. Accordingly, this research is to investigate the effects of customer knowledge management on sale performance and innovative performance. Methodology: The research method is descriptive and correlational. The population of the research consists of 900 sellers of Beh pakhsh Corporation. A sample of 270 subjects was selected as statistical sampling. The required Data are collected through questionnaire. analyzed through Structural equation model by means of LISREL and SPSS software. Results: all studied aspects of customer knowledge have positive effects on the innovative and sale performance of the corporation. In addition, innovative performance can improve the sale performance of the distribution corporations. Conclusion: Recognizing the needs, issues, ideas, and knowledge of customers is a valuable resource. Effective management of the knowledge can help promote sustainable productivity of organizations in competitive environments.

Abstract: 

Background & Purpose: In knowledge-based economies, university-based innovation ecosystems play a decisive role in economic development. Accordingly, this study was conducted to identify the factors affecting the formation and development of university-based innovation ecosystems. Methodology: The purpose of this research is developmental, in which the systematic evaluation and analysis of previous research findings has been carried out in a Meta-Synthesis approach, including seven steps. Using this method, the researchers have made a rigorous review of the research topic and combined the findings of previous qualitative research. In the present study, the statistical population includes all previous research (articles) related to the subject. In the field of sampling, the most relevant Latin and Persian studies have been selected with a purposeful approach to 65 articles in which the factors affecting the formation and development of innovation and entrepreneurship in universities have been discussed. Findings: According to the final research framework, the factors influencing the formation and development of university-based innovation ecosystems were categorized into 6 main categories and 14 sub-categories. The main categories of the research results are "Policy-Making and Strategic Management", " Culturalize and Leadership", " Systematize of University Activities", "Creation and Development of Infrastructure", "Structures and Interactions" and "Background factors". Conclusion: The above framework can be used as a tool for implementing university-based innovation ecosystem in Iranian universities.

Abstract: 

Background and Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of inclusive leadership on incidence Innovative behaviour with the mediate role of psychological health. Methodology: This study is a descriptive survey research and in terms of purpose is an applied research. In this study, standard questionnaire was used to measure variables. Validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed by using the content validity method and Cronbach's alpha. The statistical population of the research is Knowledge-based organizations in Khorramabad city which Using available sampling method and using Cochran formula, 187 employees were selected as sample members. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling with Amos and SPSS software. Findings: The results show that at confidence level of 0. 95 inclusive leadership has a positive and significant effect on Innovative behaviour and psychological health. In addition, the analysis of indirect paths shows the mediator role of psychological health has effect in influencing inclusive leadership on incidence Innovative behaviour. Conclusion: as a general result, it can be acknowledged that inclusive leadership style by sharing the duties and responsibilities among the members of the group provides the ground for restoring the youth workforce through increased respect and participation in organizational issues and provides the conditions for expression and Implementation of new ideas.

Abstract: 

Background and Aim: Innovation in the organization and improvement of job attitudes are among the basic prerequisites for sustainable productivity in the organization. The purpose of this study is to explain the role of social capital in the realization of organizational innovation and organizational behavior by explaining the mediating role of sustainable human resource management. Methodology: This research is applied and descriptive-survey. The statistical population of the study includes the staff of the National Petroleum Products Distribution Company of Kerman region with 400 people, of which 196 people were selected as statistical samples. In other to collect data was used standard questionnaire. Results: An examination of the research results using the Structural Equation Modeling technique with the help of Amos software showed that The results showed that Innovative staff behavior in organization and organizational citizenship behaviors through social capital directly and as well as indirectly through sustainable human resource management can be realized. Conclusion: Achieving organizational innovation and organizational citizenship behavior depends on promoting social capital and developing sustainable human resource management. management and consequently innovative staff behavior and organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract: 

Background and Purpose: this study aims to investigate the role of technical competency of leaders on innovative work behavior by considering the role of intermediary role. methodology: the research method is applicable in terms of purpose, practical and in terms of nature and method of descriptive-correlation with the approach of the model of structural equation modeling. the statistical population of all employees is a military organization whose sample size was determined using-Morgan table. the data collection instrument was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire whose validity was investigated by the content and content method and their reliability with cronbach 's alpha test was investigated and confirmed. to investigate the normality of the data distribution of kolmogorov-smirnov test, one-sample kolmogorov-smirnov test was used to test the hypotheses of research of structural equation modeling and in order to investigate the variables of the sample t-sample t-test. Findings: The findings indicate that the technical competence of leaders has a positive relationship with innovative work behavior and the capacity to attract knowledge, and the capacity to attract knowledge in the relationship between technical competence of leaders and innovation behavior has a significant role. conclusion: promotion of technical competencies of managers is the use of ideas, organizational knowledge and learning development in an organization that can be effective in improving the innovative performance of employees and organizations.
