The statistical population of this study consisted of all senior high school male students in Tabriz in academic year 2019-2020. Multistage cluster sampling was used to select the sample. For this purpose, 40 students were selected after the screening and were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. Then, 10 training sessions were conducted for the experimental group, and the control group did not receive any training. Pre-test and post-test were conducted using exam anxiety and academic resiliency questionnaires. The data were then analyzed using covariance analysis. The calculations demonstrated the reliability (Cronbach’ s alpha) of the tools used. The research hypotheses were analyzed using SPSS 23 and AMOS22 software. The results showed that the effect of spiritual intelligence of teachers and parents on students’ spiritual well-being was significant. Also, the effect of spiritual intelligence of teachers and parents on students’ happiness was significant. The results showed that students’ spiritual well-being had a positive and significant effect on their happiness. Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to design and fit a model of children’ s religious education strategies in families. The research method is mixed (compound) with qualitative-quantitative design. The research population consisted of all parents of preschool students in Urmia city, 14 of whom were selected purposefully and through theoretical data saturation rule. Data collection tool in the qualitative section was semi-structured interviews and in the quantitative part was a questionnaire. After parental consent, the interviews were anonymously recorded and transcribed. In the second part, 222 parents were selected by simple random sampling and answered the questionnaires. To analyze the data in the qualitative analysis, the four-step method by Powell and Renner (2003) and in the quantitative part the structural equation model were used. The software used in the qualitative section was MAXQDA10 and in the quantitative analysis, SPSS16 and AMOS21 software were used. According to the results of the qualitative research, parents use four major strategies of «modeling” , «Islamic lifestyle” , «educational media» and «religious environments and occasions» to teach their children religion. The findings of the structural equation model showed that the four strategies of the conceptual model of research fitted and influenced the variations of parents’ methods for teaching religion to their children; besides, the ‘ modeling’ and ‘ lifestyle’ parameters were in the most influencial ones. Considering the findings of this sytudy, it is suggested that parents use the religious education strategies presented in this study to preschool children.

Based on the Kerjesi and Morgan table, 270 subjects were selected from among teachers, principals and deputies of senior high schools by random cluster sampling method. The necessary data collection tool of the qualitative phase was a semi-structured interview in two levels (of experts and students) and the tool of the quantitative stage was the scale for gradation of the teachers, principals and deputies. In the quantitative phase, the data were analyzed using the descriptive and inferential statistics (single-sample t-test); and in the qualitative section, the data were analyzed using open, central and selective coding. The results showed that from the viewpoint of teachers and school principals and deputies, male students of senior high schools, observe above average the Islamic norms in dimensions of dress and appearance, respect for religious rites, etiquette and respect for principals, teachers and others school staff, respect for ethics and good behavior with other students, observing the hygiene and cleanliness of the school space, and not neglecting their duties. Abstract:

Realization of ‘ School in 2025 Outlook’ requires human resource management to build commitment, loyalty, trust and productivity. Therefore, the present study, in the year 2017-2018, explores the organizational support requirements of the school outlined in the Fundamental Reform Document of Education using a concurrent nesting approach. First, by analyzing upper hand education documents and semi-structured interviews with 13 key informants and educational system experts, the perceived organizational support requirements perceived in HRM subsystems were extracted. For in-depth study of the phenomena and testing the findings of the qualitative method, Mofid educational complex was selected as an example working in accordance with of the Outlook goals, and through Eisenberg standard questionnaire (1986) the perceived organizational support results were investigated among 118 employees and teachers. According to the research findings obtained in 4 human resource management subsystems (provision and adjustment, improvement, maintenance and application), the school educational leadership, when based on goodwill, creates a moral climate at school and a moral commitment in staff; and this provides perceived organizational support framework. Although justice is important and needs to be considered in mechanisms, especially financial ones (in provision, allocation and consumption), . but human dignity is a strategy for establishing a relationship of goodness and justice between leadership and the individual. Also, designing a compensation system in a way that can satisfy all members with a full-scale and comprehensive approach requires diversity and commitment.
