Abstract: 

The Analytical & comparative viewpoint toward theoretical Bases and Psychological characteristics of deaf & blind individuals is the most important step in funding comprehensive programs on education, rehabilitation and social advisement and this views at their health conditions with the essence of light & voice phenomena & their effective & different roles in developmental stages, from childhood to edemas, can be the best theme to explain the psychosocial characteristics and dominant personalities of deaf & blind adolescent and youth. In this article, with respect to different aspects of the effects of light and voice on personality development, some special & absolutely different characteristics of deaf & blind adolescents & youth are discussed.

Abstract: 

There is a common belief that environmental factors and individual behaviors may lead to organizational effectiveness. The present study attempts to find if, there is a relationship between the principals behavioral categories' and school effectiveness. The methodology of the research is a descriptive survey one in which data is gathered through stratified sampling from 50 high schools in Tehran city. The instrument was a researcher made questionnaire, that its reliability was calculated through Cronbach coefficient formula (a=0 /86). Data were analyzed through central tendency measures, Pearson correlation and regression analysis. The finding of the study shows that there is a positive relationship between leaders participative, goal oriented behaviors and school educational effectiveness. On the other hand there was no relationship between leader's directive situational behavior and school effectiveness. Participative behavior of principals had a positive relationship with integrity and adjustability variables. No significant relationship between sex of the principals and school educational effectiveness was found.

Abstract: 

This paper describes the effect of the application of cooperative learning on the topic of energy. Cooperative learning technique was employed to the experimental group and Conventional teaching method was used for the control group. The Sampling group consists of 100 students in first grade of high school in Mashhad city. Levels of Pre- Knowledge acquired by the students were evaluated by means of a Self- developed" Energy Topics Achievement Scale" and the progress was determined by the Same Scale. A clear significant difference, as a Conclusion, was detected in the experimental group indicating the effectiveness of the cooperative learning.

Abstract: 

This essay examines the effective factors on development of creativity in elementary school students from the teachers head managers and education experts point of view in Gilan province. 500 individual, 350 teachers, 100 managers and 50 education experts were examined. Findings, show 9 effective factors in development of creativity: Training of creativity and contents, Culture and social relations, Teacher, Educational environment, Student perseverance, Friendly and humanistic relationships, Interestedness of students, Family and Learning methods. Finally almost 96 indicators have been recognized in development of creativity. Results of this research are in line with early research's findings.

Abstract: 

Happiness and liking existing conditions have considerable positive effects, such as improving psychological well-being, improving immunological system, and school achievement, on human beings. In this study, the researcher’s have4 tried to study three factors which affect the happiness of Esfahain guidance school students, numbingly educational, physical and organizational factors. This study has been conducted using descriptive (survey) methods. A researcher-made questionnaire was used the population of the research was all of boy guidance school principals and educators of Esfahan City. Using multistage cluster sampling method, 88 principals and 86 educators were assigned to participate in the study and respond to the questionnaire. Findings of the research showed that all the three factors had significant effects of the students' happiness. With respect to the demographic variables the educators have focused on organizational factors, meanwhile those respondents having post diploma, have focused on educational factors.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to prepare a model for computer anxiety through the investigation of the relationship of achievement goals and epistemological beliefs with computer anxiety. To do this, 375 undergraduate students (218 female and 157 male) from the University of Tehran were chosen through relative class sampling. They completed a questionnaire composed of an achievement goals scale, an epistemological beliefs questionnaire, and a computer anxiety scale. The results showed that mastery and performance- avoidance goals directly and epistemological beliefs indirectly, i.e.; through the mediating role of achievement goals, can significantly (p<0.05) predict computer anxiety.

Abstract: 

The aim of current investigation was to study the biological, Psychological and social characteristics of parents with more than one exceptional child. For this aim 100 couple of parents with more than one exceptional child, 150 couple of parents with one exceptional child and 200 couple of parents with more than one normal child were randomly selected. Researcher-made questionnaires were used. Analysis of data with independent ratio test showed that there are significant difference among three groups in all variables such as history of disease (35 percent against 18/1 & 2/5 percent), history of drug use (25 percent against 23/3 & 3 percent), immigration (50 percent against 17/4 & 26/2 percent), being an exceptional condition in one of the close relatives (36 percent against 26 & 7/1 percent), consanguineous marriage (41 percent against 28 & 16/2 percent), and history of disturbance and psychological discomfort (20 percent against 15/4 & 2/5 percent). The results of this study have been discussed and suggestions for future studies have been given.
