Abstract

The Analytical & comparative viewpoint toward theoretical Bases and Psychological characteristics of DEAF & BLIND individuals is the most important step in funding comprehensive programs on education, rehabilitation and social advisement and this views at their health conditions with the essence of LIGHT & VOICE phenomena & their effective & different roles in developmental stages, from childhood to edemas, can be the best theme to explain the psychosocial characteristics and dominant personalities of DEAF & BLIND adolescent and youth. In this article, with respect to different aspects of the effects of LIGHT and VOICE on personality development, some special & absolutely different characteristics of DEAF & BLIND adolescents & youth are discussed.
