Abstract:

With respect of ABA effect on different plant growth condition, probability there is a relation between internal factor and resistance for environmental stresses, which in this result have been studied. In this experiment 3 different hormonal concentration at 0, 20 and 40 PPM with 3 different water potential at 0, -4, and -8 Bar at different temperature \ (15, 25, and 35oC) on five different pasture species (Agropyon Thrichophorom, Bromus tomentellus,Festuca ovina, Secal montanum, Stipa barbata) were examined. The experiments were conducted in Spilt PIat in place with 135 variables. The result showed that at hormonal activity with decrease of water potential and increase of temperature, rate of Proline Amino Acid and internal ABA were increased. Also result show that there is a kind of adaptability of plant to environmental stress for growth and developmental activity.

Abstract:

Chronic Peripheral Occlusive Arterial Disease (CPOAD) which is caused by peripheral arterial insufficiency is usually due to arteriosclerosis. In this symptom disease the lower extremities are more involved than other parts of the body. Occlusion of the hind limb main arteries in rat is an experimental model of CPOAD. In the present experiment the effect of long term ischemia on the capillary of two hind limbs gastrocnemius muscle was investigated in Wistar rats (average weight 120±15gr). Skeletal muscle ischemia in the hind limb was induced by ligation (silk 3-0), or cautery of the left femoral artery. The right leg was applied as control The effect of ischemia was studied on the 3rd, 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th days after surgical operation in female and male groups (n=8). It was observed that the diameter & weight of the muscle/body were decreased. Histological studies revealed a decrease of the nuclei in size and number. Results from the electrophoresis (SDS-P AGE) and densitometry of protein bonds and enzyme gel electrophoresis showed that the quantity of the heavy myosin and actin chain in the ischemic muscle is decreased during different periods of the experiment, and this decrease is with a gradual trend. Likewise, the glycolytic anzymes decreased during the ischemia and some changes were observed in the catalase enzyme which was due to increase of peroxidation in the ischemic muscle cells, according to references.

Abstract:

In the present study the effects of two semi synthetic Estradiol (Es.) on two-way active avoidance conditioning learning behavior were studied. Male rats (wistar strain) were received Ip injection of different doses of drugs. Rat assigned to 3 groups: I-control group, 2-sham group received sesame oil injection 3- experimental groups: Received Estradiol yaleriate (Sv.) in doses of 0.2, 0.4, 0.8 and 1.2 mg/kg. Ethinyl Estradiol (Es.) in doses of 0.2, 0.4, 0.8 and 1.2 mg/kg were injected 45 min prior to daily experimentation there was a significant difference between control and Es. Received in a dose of 1.2mg/kg.These results have shown the direct and indirect effects of Es. On neurons, which effects directly on releasing neurotransmitter such as acetylcholine, dopamine, adrenaline, and also affects these neurotransmitter receptors; The indirect effects of Es Acts at the level of the nucleus to alter protein synthesis

Abstract:

Cuttings of one-year-old Dianthus caryophyllus L. were prepared from center of tlower of breeding and plant of Varamin city and were cultivated in field and greenhouse. They were treated with concentration 0(control), 3, 6, 9 percent of ethanol and methanol. Factors of growth, development and phenomenon ontogeny in control and treated plants were studied. Results are as followed:Alcohol treatments caused projection and increased in chromo Philly of meristematic cells because of achieving meiotic division in tunica and corpus and decreased vacolous.System in medullary meristem and increased nucleocytoplasmic index these characteristics that are acquiring characteristics resemble to generative meristem. The study buds flower with same of size and age in control and treated plants were shown that alcohol (ethanol-methanol) caused acceleration ontogeny, in flower organs, by alcoholic concentration.Alcohol treatments accelerated flowering in plants. Ethanol and methanol 3 percent raisednumber of shoots flowering and flower. The study of alcohol treatments on Dianthus cut flower with the same size of peduncle showed that lower concentration delay aging and drooping in flowers. Increased of useful life in cut flowers were more visible in ethanol.

Abstract:

In lichens growing investigation of Khorasan province, some of existing specimens in six regions were collected. Then morphological, anatomical and chemical studies were done on the collected specimens. On the basis of results four lichen species of four genera belong to four families, were identified. Two new species of Iran and also two new species of Khorasan are recorded for the first time.

Abstract:

TRH has an important role in the maintenance of consciousness and emotional or intellectual functions in the brain. The functional relation between TRH and cholinergic system and efficiency of TRH in treatment of amnesia are suggested. The binding sites of TRH found in limbic structures especially in septum and hippocampus GABA as an inhibitory neurotransmitter has an important effect on learning and memory. The presence of GABA receptor in amygdala, medial septum and hippocampus is revealed. In this study, interaction between TRH and baclofen (GABAB agonist) on memory process through intra hippocampal microinjection and passive avoidance task in adult male rat are evaluated. Bilateral microinjections into the dorsal hippocampus were carried out in all the experiments. After training of animal, TRH (1, 2.5, 5, 10 mg/ml), baclofen (0.2, 0.3, 0.5, 1 mg/ml) and co-injection of TRH and baclofen are injected. After a 48hr. period of time, the level of retention of memory was measured. The results showed that TRH could be increase; baclofen could be decrease and co-injection of TRH and baclofen increase level of retention and consolidation of memory.
