The Most Important Success Factors of Female Managers in Education of Shiraz City

Abstract

 Introduction: In general, today women's presence and management Success is one of the ways of the growth, development and success of organizations. Therefore, it is important to study the effective factors on successful management of women. Therefore, the main goal of this study is to identify and identify the factors of success of women management in Education organization in Shiraz by using the Meta-Synthesis method. Materials and Methods: The statistical population of the department includes articles from the period of 2001-2018 with the topic of women's success, of which 80 articles have been used using purposeful sampling. In the quantitative section the statistical society, female Education managers of Shiraz city in 2018 were selected, that 90 of them were selected by simple stratified sampling method. At the end of the review, 80 articles from 330 articles related to the topic of effective factors on women's managerial success using the Meta-Synthesis method in 152 codes and 44 components or semantic units and 4 classes were identified. Findings: Based on these factors, the integrated integrated model was presented and validated. Finally, the classes were included in the form of two descriptions of external factors and requirements, and factors and requirements within the organization. Conclusion: In general, from the findings of the present study, it can be inferred that the factors of different internal and external organizations such as eliminating biases against women, their abilities and position, social inequalities and citizenship in some places and attitudes toward women as the second sex create opportunities for growth and advancement for women.
