Abstract

Lack of methods that can implement the criminology principles in POLICE control efforts to pave the way for POLICE local institutions cooperations has resulted in the bad consequences in the process of situational crime prevention. Since the number of studies done in problem-oriented approach to crime prevention in Iran are few, the present paper can boost the related literature.The results showed that implementing such approach requires a mechanism by which POLICE and other public and private institutions can identify and understand SOCIAL ISSUES and solve problems.
