Abstract

Increased availability of DRUGS and the related damaging effect on the youth, demans a sort of public COOPERATION in preventing the abuse of DRUGS. Women, no doubt, can play a significant role in this respect regarding their mental characteristics and their responsibiies as mothers.The present study aims at answering this question: "how can women be efficient in preventing the abuse of DRUGS? ".Questionairre was used to collect the required data from a sample of 162 TEHRANi women.The findings of the study showed that women do not cooperate enough in The preventive acts in DRUG ABUSE.
