Abstract

 Children spend most of the day in school. Therefore, the school can play a great role in their education. Meanwhile, some children need the teacher's guidance and help more than others, and therefore it is the teacher who can help this group by providing the necessary help with passion and interest. The purpose of this research training is to help reduce and eliminate the finger sucking disorder of Mohammad Reza, a second grade student of Shahid Noormohammadi Elementary School in Haji Hahand village of Ivan city. Finger sucking is a pleasurable habit disorder and a psychological reaction that often starts in childhood and intensifies in elementary and middle school. Mohammad Reza, a second-grade student of a multi-grade class in Haji village, was present and had finger-sucking disorder. In order to collect information, documentary method and study of sources and observation and interview methods were used. Finally, according to the information collected in order to solve the student's disorder with the help of the family, the methods of strengthening, positive, emotional support and delegating responsibility, the use of entertainment such as painting and games and distraction, the progress table, etc. became. The results after presenting the solutions indicated that the presented solutions had sufficient validity and that Mohammadreza's disorder has greatly reduced and he is on the verge of recovery, and academic progress has also been achieved.
