Abstract

Today, with the expansion of human knowledge as well as the identification of new needs for a better life, attention has been paid to interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary sciences and knowledge. In this regard, a new field is the relationship between traditional medicine and islamic management. The relationship between these two sciences can have undeniable effects on improving management in various fields. The method of this research is qualitative, which has been done through library studies and through qualitative content analysis. Research findings show that few studies have been conducted in the field of the relationship between traditional medicine and management. He also used traditional medicine in various areas of management such as nutrition, recruitment and identification of people, job stress, management of emotions and feelings, leadership style, burnout, treatment of diseases, workplace design, communication skills.
