Abstract

Decades of historical review of mankind life indicated a sort of PLANNING in provision of their daily needs; to the extent that it can be claimed that PLANNING has been an ingredient of mankind nature. Islam RELIGION as a holistic and comperehensive RELIGION has regulated the life of Muslims to accomplish the real and eternal prosperity in hereafter. Therefore Islamic managers are in serious needs of PLANNING to regulate organizational affaires. RELIGION has emphasized the necessity of suitable PLANNING. Since in ISLAMIC MANAGEMENT the ultimate purpose is leading towards God, all PLANNINGs will serve that purpose. Other important purposes along with this purpose in ISLAMIC MANAGEMENT is to stand firmly for justice and appropriate distribution; without exact and comprehensive PLANNING at the social and individual level and without focus on RELIGION it will not be possible.Intricacy, exactness, priority, contemplation, thinking, suitable timetable, farsightedness, belief in possibility of problem solving, using other experience and counsultation with others, PLANNING and God blessing are among ideal requirements in ISLAMIC MANAGEMENT principles. In this article the postion of PLANNING from tradition and Quran verses are reviewed and the ideal postion of ISLAMIC MANAGEMENT to PLANNING is explained.
