Abstract

Women have played important role in the process of development in all countries. The Main Purpose of this essay is to examine the impact of WOMEN EMPOWERMENT on RURAL DEVELOPMENT in Iran. WOMEN EMPOWERMENT has three indicators: economically it is productive, socially, active, and politically it raises the level of participation. The methodology of this paper is descriptive-analytical, and has been done with questionnaires. The statistical group is active women from rural part of Marvdasht in Fars Province. Considering the statistical test and the results of questionnaires, the more women are empowered, the more their economical PRODUCTIVITY, socially activeness and POLITICAL PARTICIPATION will increase. In order to achieve this, women’s level of education needs to be upgraded for which it is essential to have a positive management for their trainings and education. french: Impact d'habilitation de femmes sur le developpement rural en Iran Les femmes ont joue des roles importants en cours de developpement dans tous les pays. Le but principal de cet essai est d' examiner l' impact de l' habilitation de femmes sur le developpement rural en Iran. L' habilitation de femmes a trois indicateurs: economiquement il est productif, socialement, active, et politiquement elle elève le niveau de la participation. La methodologie de cet article est analytique- descriptive, basee sur des questionnaires. Le groupe statistique est les femmes actifs de la partie rurale de Marvdasht dans la province de Fars. Vu le test statistique et les resultats des questionnaires, plus les femmes sont autorisees, plus leur productivite economique, leur activite sociale et leur participation politique augmenteront. Afin de realiser ceci, le niveau de l' education des femmes doit etre ameliore, une gestion positive pour leurs formations et education est donc essentiel.key word: Habilitation de femmes, developpement rural, productivite, activiste social, participation politique spanish: Impacto de la capacitacion de las mujeres en el desarrollo rural en Iran Las mujeres han jugado un papel importante en el proceso de desarrollo rural en todos los paises. El objetivo principal de este ensayo es examinar el impacto del poder de la mujer en el desarrollo rural de Iran. El poder (Empoderamiento) de las mujeres tiene tres variables que incluyen la produccion economica, actividad social y la participacion politica.La metodologia de este estudio es descriptivo - analitico, y se han realizado cuestionarios. El grupo de estadistica es la mujer activa entre 18-45 anos de la parte rural de Marvdasht en la provincia Fars. Las pruebas estadistica demuestra que el resultado es que cuando las mujeres con ms poder tienen son mas productivas economicamente, mas activas socialmente y tiene mas participacion politica. El resultado demuestra tambien que es necesario mejorar el nivel de educacion de las mujeres y su formacion que hacen enfoque positivo necesario en la gestion de la formacion y educacion.key word: Las mujeres, el empoderamiento de desarrollo, rural, activista productivo, social, politico participante
