Abstract

The unique mathematic and geopolitical position of Islamic Iran in different periods has been exposed to discursive deep and serious developments. Under theses discursive and serious developments, displacement power, to the extent that its historical memory in the perspective of various ethnics, especially ethnics that have been exposed to these development seriously, always has been anticipative. In this discursive atmosphere and security-political situations, post-Islamic revolutionary Iran and recently-founded Islamic Republic arrived to position of the rebellion and insurgency in KURDISTAN. The volunteer troops and Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) was dispatched to KURDISTAN after Paveh unrest because of animating order of Imam Khomeini and then effective measures in insecurity management in the style of SOFTWARE SCHOOL of MARTYR MOHAMMAD BOROUJERDI in the light of anthropology school Ahle Beit (AS) and relations of power the people-centric politics and security was placed on the agenda. Mohammad Boroujerdi was one of the process-centric commanders that wanted to turn knowledge and emotional network is caused by developments of militarism routine feature from hardware system to epistemological meaning-centric system. He replaced new meaning-centric concept instead of powercracy concept. He explained a new issue in sphere of security-study in realm of management of crisis regions by this logotrophy in concept of new people-centric powercracy. This paper tries to discuss the claim and reveals MARTYR MOHAMMAD BOROUJERDI's method, school and militarist philosophy of after years of deprivation and being suppressed.
