Abstract

Correct management and qualitative strategic planning of relationships between STRATEGY and CULTURE as a strong lever for executable doing of strategies is vital. One of the most important instruments used in managing the relationships between STRATEGY and CULTURE is the CULTURE-strategy matrix. But, the process of delineating a point and lack of strength of organizational CULTURE and importance of STRATEGY on the original CULTURE-strategy matrix, are some deficiencies in terms of methodological that don’t display the ability of human thought, perfectly. Thus, this article attempts to development of CULTURE-strategy matrix with fuzzy approach. In this study, in addition to, library research, interviews with experts and FUZZY SCREENING approach were used. Accordingly, 6 cultural strategies for 16 scenarios of improved CULTURE-Strategy Matrix specified and confirmed and with fuzzy approach was specified a region on the matrix for a case study. The results of the presented methodology in a defense organization, according to the percentage of the rectangle in each zone, Presaged to extract and prioritize the more significant cultural strategies.
