Abstract: 

In today's world of complexity, uncertainty and unpredictable environment Bvdntghyyrat approach and traditional design concepts, organizations are affected. Therefore, organizations must be able to respond to these changes and try to push your workforce to liven. Agility can go forward on the path towards better utilization of labor organizations guide. This operation can be better used in improving the performance of employees. Thereby achieving organizations are looking to new ideas and facilitate innovation throughout the company and the organization. The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between agility and innovation of new products pay for labor. The population consisted of 170 large companies, small and medium enterprises in the country that are working all the high-tech industry. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.811. The data was analyzed using structural equation modeling software and Smart PLS2.0 were studied. The results indicate that the positive relationship between agility labor and innovation of new products there. In addition, components of labor activism agility, flexibility and resilience are also positively correlated both with the innovation of new products.

Abstract: 

Several brand identity frameworks have been published in the B2C brands. A reliable, valid and parsimonious service brand identity scale that empirically establishes the construct's dimensionality in a B2B market has yet to be developed. The purpose of this paper is Interpretive structural modeling of corporate brand identity in the market by looking at the IT industry B2B marketing performance. For this purpose, at first, literature and history were studied.First, literature and history were studied. Then, using the method of content analysis (theme analysis), its influencing factors and the influence of identity were identified. after that by using interpretative structural modeling techniques based on idea, s of industry experts and professors (13 academic experts and 12 industrial experts) in the IT industry business model was designed brand identity in the market. Snowball sampling was used to select the experts said in an interview. The results show that the model of brand identity contains18 dimensions. In addition, the conclusions of the impact of brand identity on marketing performance and customer satisfaction and loyalty, and their intention is to repurchase.

Abstract: 

In the recent decade, Given the importance of customer in online environment, creating loyalty has been proposed as an essential challenge for electronic stores.The present study focuses on the role of trust in order to facilitate the process of making e-customers loyal. To this end, a model was proposed that especially focuses on individual factors (perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and attitude toward use) and organizational factors (technology, organizational structure, organizational strategy, organizational culture, and business processes). An electronic questionnaire was designed to collect the required data and test the research model. The questionnaires were distributed using random sampling method ‘among the customers who had the experience of shopping from electronic stores in Iran. Two-hundred eighty nine accepted questionnaires were analyzed (with the acceptable reliability equal to 0.93). Results of data analysis using structural equation modeling revealed that the selected individual and organizational factors except perceived ease of use and organizational culture are led to creation of e-trust in customers. and e-trust is effective on e-loyalty of customers.

Abstract: 

Impulse buying behavior is one of main concepts in marketing. It is affected on various factors such as cultural factors, psychological factors, personal factors and positional factors. Buying can be done because of different reasons (including of needing a production) and this fact aids marketers to better understand consumers’ behavior. Impulse buying is one of Pervasive aspect of consumer behavior and main aspects in marketing activities. Also, impulse buying is one of attractive issues in consumer behavior context. Studying this behavior aids us to know consumer behavior reasons in the moment of buying. This study investigates the role and effect of cultural values on consumers impulse buying. This study is descriptive and correlation and data is collected by questionnaire. Statistical population is consumers and buyers in Tehran city. Sampling method is stratified sampling and sample includes 307 individuals. This study, 8 hypothesis are tested and structural equations model is used. Findings show that personal improvement is positively correlated with emotional and cognitive dimensions of impulse buying. These dimensions are increased with decreasing of consumers and buyers conservatism. Cognitive dimensions of impulse buying are increased with improving the openness to changes of consumers and buyers.

Abstract: 

The present study has been done with the aim of exploring the effects of organizational dynamic capabilities on competitive advantage in consulting firms. To do so, a grounded theory method was used which was suitable regarding the explorative nature of the research. Seventeen consulting firms were the research sample. The CEOs and members of board of directors of these firms were interviewed. The interview data and other written firms’ documents were analysed. The results showed that organizational dynamic capabilities were effective on competitive advantage of consulting firms. Operational capabilities, trust-building capabilities, and firm strategy also played important roles in this relationship.

Abstract: 

This research attained to identify the subjectivity of hesitant customer in circumstance that they want decide to purchase. For this aim they Q-method that is one of qualiquantological approach was used. Thirty three diction that gathered from interview and literature constitute the discourse circumscription. These diction ordering by 66 person and then analyzed by SPSS and Q-factor analyzing. The reliability of instrument tested by Cronbach test and attained by 0.952. The validity of discourse asked from participant at the end of questionnaire with an open question and approved. At last 9 subjectivity about purchase decision identified. Paying attention to recommendation of other persons, quality, brand, mode, pleasure, price, knowledge, country of origin, habit were these subjectivities between hesitant customers when they encountered an acatalepsy in purchase decision making condition.

Abstract: 

According to Capabilities-based theory, Companies can achieve competitive advantage through capabilities such as marketing capability which resulted in the lead in identifying customer needs and understanding the factors influencing their behavior. In this regard, it is important knowing that electronic marketing as innovative technology-based activity how much can moderate the impact of marketing capabilities on performance. So the aim of this study considered to investigate the effect of marketing capabilities on performance with e-marketing as a moderator variable. To achieve the purpose, in addition to library studies, field studies conducted; so to test the conceptual model and these study hypotheses, a questionnaire developed and after approving the content validity, distributed among the marketing/ sales managers of pistachio exporting companies and after collection, its reliability accepted by Cornbrash's alpha 94.8 percent. Data tested by using structural equation modeling. Results show that the indices values of model was appropriate and the results of the path analysis confirms that marketing capabilities have significant impact on the company's performance and e-marketing moderates the effect of marketing capabilities on performance.

Abstract: 

Effective Competition in today's markets requires correct identification of market segments. The food market is one of markets that need to be segmented on the basis of appropriate criteria. Food-Related Life Styles (FRL) is a comprehensive tool for segmentation of the food market in Europe that has rarely been used in Iran. The aim of this study is segmentation of the food Market based on this model. The study sample is 383 residents of Shiraz selected by cluster sampling and completed the study's questionnaire. In order to identify clusters of customers, the reliability and validity of the standard questionnaire was evaluated based on the data collected and eventually modified questionnaire with 19 dimensions and 55 items was obtained. Then, based on the modified questionnaire clustering process in two steps was done and leads to the identification of three clusters of traditional, Unaware and rational in the city of Shiraz.

Abstract: 

Consumer animosity, as one of the limiting factors in the globalization of the markets, and its effects on purchasing decisions, is one of the most important issues in the field of marketing and consumer behavior which has been the subject of few research studies. This study aims to study the effects of consumer animosity on purchase decisions. This study is an applied one according to the purpose and it is a descriptive survey according to the method. The population of this study was 1277 of MS students in business management at Islamic Azad University of Kermanshah. The sample of the study was 297 based on Morgan’s table. The sampling procedure was simple-random sampling and a researcher made questionnaire was utilized to collect the data. The statistical analyses were run by SPSS and AMOS. The results of the study reveal that general animosity has a direct, significant effect on purchase decisions; economical animosity has an indirect, significant effect on purchase decisions with complete mediation of Purchase Involvement and ethnic animosity has both direct and indirect significant effects on Purchase decisions with partial mediation of Purchase Involvement.

Abstract: 

Despite increasing competition in the banking industry of Iran, creating more value for customers, in order to maintain and improve the competitive position of banks is necessary. Identify the valuation method and the formation of concepts related to the brand in the minds of customers, help to achieve this goal.This study mapped the network of brand associations of “Agriculture Bank of IRAN” and “Tejarat Bank”, using the “Brand Concept Map” technique to evaluate the brand associations of the two banks and their inter-relations in the mind of customers. Research has been conducted among university students in Tehran by accessible sampling method. and thereby the “Agriculture Bank of IRAN Consensus Brand Concept Map” With eleven core association Such as: wheat, farmers and gardeners, traditional, specialized bank in agriculture, green, and “Tejarat Bank Consensus Brand Concept Map” With eight core associations Such as: university, student loan, background and antiquity and State Bank; were drawn.

Abstract: 

Correct management and qualitative strategic planning of relationships between strategy and culture as a strong lever for executable doing of strategies is vital. One of the most important instruments used in managing the relationships between strategy and culture is the culture-strategy matrix. But, the process of delineating a point and lack of strength of organizational culture and importance of strategy on the original culture-strategy matrix, are some deficiencies in terms of methodological that don’t display the ability of human thought, perfectly. Thus, this article attempts to development of culture-strategy matrix with fuzzy approach. In this study, in addition to, library research, interviews with experts and fuzzy screening approach were used. Accordingly, 6 cultural strategies for 16 scenarios of improved Culture-Strategy Matrix specified and confirmed and with fuzzy approach was specified a region on the matrix for a case study. The results of the presented methodology in a defense organization, according to the percentage of the rectangle in each zone, Presaged to extract and prioritize the more significant cultural strategies.

Abstract: 

By the emerge of competitive markets and continuous changes, organizations have found that they are not faced with growing economy and markets, so each customer has its own special value. Therefore, they are trying to maintain and increase customer loyalty to increase their competitive advantages. In this regard, the present study aims to identify and prioritize key customers from about 37, 187 customers in Internet segment in Telecom Qom province. The process is performed after determining RFM (Regency, Frequency, and Monitory) and the weight of each of these parameters was defined based on analytic hierarchy process and clients were based on a two-step clustering. The results of the analysis of characteristics of customers in 4 major portion of the clusters shows that cluster number 2 with the least number of customers and the most life time value has been known as key customers, and then its prioritization has been conducted. In the end of the research, some suggestions were presented to improve the relationship between customers and the companies.
