Abstract

 There is a general idea and view on ETHICS and moralities in all societies. All societies behaive according to the ETHICS and moralities. For example, membership in drug distribution networks, children exploitation and bribing are defined as immorality in all societies. The concepts such as truth, chastity and humanism are defined as the ETHICS. Because ethic is a general concept and human wherever they are faced to it, therefore ETHICS are made very important in management studies. It is a very important subject for researchers and scientists so that they set the main theme of several seminars and conferences on ETHICS all around the world and studied relationship between ETHICS and human resource management. Our questions can be divided in to the following fields: 1- What are the difference among ETHICS, MORALITY and SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY?2- Where can be situated them in ETHICAL CHARTER?3- How can we establish, change and improve ETHICS in organizations?Thus, in the article we firstly review the definitions of the ETHICS, MORALITY and SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY and the differentiation among them. Then we define the situation of values in ETHICS and after that we introduce existing models in ETHICS. Finally we proposed a model to Design a comprehensive model for compiling organizational ETHICAL CHARTER and SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY.
