Abstract

Uncertainties, rapid environmental changes and growth of unpredictable events, as well as the birth of emergent strategies, has led STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT of organizations and companies to experience serious changes. In situations like this, after formulating utilities, strategic and environmental analyzing and also discovering and building different strategies, the strategic managers and decision makers are looking for models to investigate and compare the deliberate strategies and new emergent ones, simultaneously and to find the best choice among several possible options. This paper, after investigating different STRATEGY selection models in various fields and their criteria, is intending to offer a proper model for above-mentioned situations.
