Abstract

This article examine the factors affecting on ECONOMIC GROWTH with an emphasis on Iran ‘s non-oil industries such as TOURISM industry using the variables ECONOMIC GROWTH in the previous period, international TOURISM income and real exchange rate in the period of 1380-1392.The result show that:a)The above variables (economic growth in the previous period, international TOURISM income and real exchange rate) has the greatest impact on the ECONOMIC GROWTH. And higher ECONOMIC GROWTH leads to higher ECONOMIC GROWTH in later periods.b)High coefficient of international TOURISM income show that TOURISM has the progressive impact on ECONOMIC GROWTH from the direct effect on GDP and indirect effect from the impact on other sectors.
