Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of perceptions from ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE on satisfaction from services compensation. For this purpose, a conceptual model based on the literature review of the context was developed, and the relationships among the constructs of the model was examined using survey research in a sample of a regional public organization's employees. Structural equation modeling was utilized to analyze research data. Moreover, relationship between dimensions of ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE (distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice) and dimensions of satisfaction of services compensation (pay level satisfaction, RAISE satisfaction, BENEFITS satisfaction, PAY STRUCTURE satisfaction), was also investigated. The results showed that there is the positive and strong relationship between ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE and satisfaction of services compensation. The findings of our study showed that among 3 dimensions of ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE, distributive justice appears to have the most positive relationship with satisfaction of services compensation. It was also revealed that, distributive justice has a stronger relationship with the dimensions based on outcome of satisfaction of services compensation (pay level satisfaction, RAISE satisfaction, BENEFITS satisfaction), while procedural and interactional justice with dimensions based on procedure of satisfaction of services compensation (pay structure satisfaction) appears to have the most effect on research dependent variable.
