Abstract

SLAVOPHILISM was an approach to SOCIAL CHANGE in Russia. For explaining this idea, the article examines what this change was directed at, and focuses on the social and political dimensions of the Slavophil project by putting it in the context of Russian intellectual critical current. In this article, it will be examined that how RUSSIAN INTELLECTUALS turned away from state and formal law to focus on the Russian nation and society. The main hypothesis is that these changes have social character. In this way, authors focus on the ideas of Aleksey Khomiakov and Ivan Kireevsky.
