Abstract

Nowadays, drawing the attention of investors to industrial and economical sectors is one of the most important and effective issues to compete. By participation of the investors, the steps of progress and promotion will be quickly passed across. Firouzkouh as the largest city of Tehran province and by many potentials such as locating between 3 provinces including Tehran, Mazandaran and Semnan, Possessing lots of intact mines, 2 industrial parks, railway, plenty of water and fertile soils, active and educated human resources, ancient and virgin areas for tourism and etc can be as a pole of economics and Technology and Industry in eastern part of the capital. This paper will discuss several hypotheses firstly and then by using Cholera Test (chi square), it can confirm that this city is prone to attract the investors. In continue, Multi-indexes Decision techniques will identify and rank the factors affecting the attraction of investors.
