Abstract

The entrance of information and communication technology in economy and commerce field caused an evolution named ELECTRONIC COMMERCE which is changing commerce methods, purchasing and even our meditation. All companies wanting success in future try to apply a suitable strategy in electronic business and ELECTRONIC COMMERCE. The first and most important step to do this is to recognize the effective factors to initiate such system. So, in this paper, by making familiar with ELECTRONIC COMMERCE and its necessary substructures, the FEASIBILITY of E-commerce in Mazandaran EXPORT AGENCIES under the influence of these substructures and the factors affecting E-commerce will be ranked by using fuzzy Analysis Hierarchy Process technique. The results represent that ranks of technical foundation and organization foundation are simultaneously the first and environmental, commercial and financial substructures have are ranked 2 to 4. In choices ranking, the use of government support for information and E-commerce security, appropriate organizational structure for directing the system, appropriate planning and management support, skillful personnel are the most important factors to apply E-commerce system. They have got more weigh in ranking.
