Abstract: 

In recent years, Strategic planning has drawn many managers. One of the using techniques in strategic planning is SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) Matrix.In this Matrix all of factors have studied carefully but this technique cannot determine the importance of factors. Although the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) Technique removes these deficiencies, but it does not consider the dependencies among the factors. So it’s necessary to employ a form of SWOT Matrix that consider of dependency between factors. So we cannot consider certain number in compare with factors, sub factors and alternatives, In order to we have to use fuzzy theory. In this paper a method which Combination of ANP and Fuzz theory has been presented, this method assesses different strategies with consideration of dependency between factors and the best strategy selects. Finally to study the effectiveness validity of the suggested method, the results have been analyzed in a case study.

Abstract: 

Benefit is the most essential elements of financial statements recalled as a criterion for evaluating the continuity of an activity, performance review and economic structure of contracts and unit representatives. Cash Profit is consisted of a part of the company's earnings to shareholders paid in cash. Profit Distribution in Cash is the oldest and the most ordinary way of paying the profit to the shareholders. One of the factors influencing the decisions of investors is the income and loss statement and its items. Company management must always decide about maintaining or distributing all or part of the decision to cash dividends. From the point of view of Complete Capital Market, till there is investment projects with output more than cost needed, the company will use the earnings maintained and if, after financing all investment opportunities of the company, there remained any earnings, it would be distributed between the shareholders.The main problem of this research is to determine whether the changes in stock dividends affect the price of stock purchased or not ? Statistical method is the linear regression with coefficient determined by SPSS software to test the hypothesis. The result of testing hypothesis shows that there is no significant relation between the changes of Dividends and the changes of Stock Price in Food Companies accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange.

Abstract: 

This paper examines two concepts of marketing: the origin of commercial brand and the equity of commercial brand. Ravi Pipo and his colleagues, for the first time, have merged the effect of commercial brand origin to the commercial brand equity. Here, the equity of commercial brand is termed into 4 concepts including knowledge about commercial brand, commercial brand association, the quality of conception and the loyalty to commercial brand. The effect of independent variable named the origin of commercial brand on each of these concepts are studied and analyzed separately. This research was done between the students of Ghazvin Islamic Azad University by sampling in different faculties. The effect of commercial brand origin on its equity was examined by the viewpoints of consumers about the mobile brand. The findings explained that the equity of commercial brand is widely under the influence of its origin. Commercial brand association as a subdivision of its equity is affected by the origin. The quality perceived as another aspect of the equity is under the effect of commercial brand origin. The loyalty to commercial brand as the third aspect of the equity is affected by the origin. Having knowledge about a commercial brand was known and used by such terms as "to prefer", "to remember" and "previous consumption" in real life of consumers.

Abstract: 

The tendency to use E-banking because of it exlusive and unique properties in recent years and the presence of banks to exchange the financial sources made E-banking as an indispensable part of E-commerce. Therefore, in this research, the impacts of E-banking services quality in Internet banking, Automated Teller Machine and Point of Sale Services on customer satisfaction are verified and analyzed. According to a survey of research, 5 dimensions of quality are selected to test the quality of Internet banking, 5 quality dimensions to test the Automated Teller Machine services and 4 quality dimensions for testing Point Of Sale services sector. The verification and study of the research will be done for the parameters mentioned above by using a descriptive method via a 5-test questionarie of Likert. The research hypothesis are examined by a 2-sentence test and the aspects E-banking services quality and customers satisfaction will be analyzed by using Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient Teat. The findings represented that there will be some suggestions to increase the satisfaction of customers using E-banking services including more and better acknowledgment, encouragement to use e-banking, solving the problems and difficulties to promote the speed of services and to get a better performance, the reliability and accessibility to ATM and P.O.S services that, in general, will make the services more reliable and trustable.

Abstract: 

The entrance of information and communication technology in economy and commerce field caused an evolution named electronic commerce which is changing commerce methods, purchasing and even our meditation. All companies wanting success in future try to apply a suitable strategy in electronic business and electronic commerce. The first and most important step to do this is to recognize the effective factors to initiate such system. So, in this paper, by making familiar with electronic commerce and its necessary substructures, the feasibility of E-commerce in Mazandaran Export Agencies under the influence of these substructures and the factors affecting E-commerce will be ranked by using fuzzy Analysis Hierarchy Process technique. The results represent that ranks of technical foundation and organization foundation are simultaneously the first and environmental, commercial and financial substructures have are ranked 2 to 4. In choices ranking, the use of government support for information and E-commerce security, appropriate organizational structure for directing the system, appropriate planning and management support, skillful personnel are the most important factors to apply E-commerce system. They have got more weigh in ranking.

Abstract: 

Nowadays, information technology and Internet applications has become a facility for competitive advantage in business. E-business effectiveness paves the ground to change the traditional models to new models in the firms competitively. The main purpose of the paper provides relatively complete set of performance evaluation of e-business and e-business ranking indicators Based on Multi Criteria Utility Theory. In this study, it was tried to analyze and classify E-business indicators by different point of view based on previous research. Then Companies active in the field of e-business will be Evaluated and ranked by Multi Criteria Utility Theory using the numerical examples.

Abstract: 

This research article is to evaluate the level of cooperatives readiness to perform Total Quality Management (TQM) in Mazandaran province. The major question of the research is how much readiness has Mazandaran active production cooperatives for performing Total Quality Management. This question will develop 8 other questions for the research. The research method is descriptive–survey and the sample includes 210 managers and specialists of cooperatives by stratified random sampling based on the kind of industry. This paper uses US federal questionnaire for data collection. After collecting the data, Binomial Test tries to respond these questions. The results of research revealed that 4 criteria containing "top-management leadership and support, strategic planning, quality assurance and the results of quality and productivity improvement" have an appropriate effect in performing TQM and 4 criteria including "focus on the customers, training and recognition of employee, empowerment of Employee and team working, quality measurement and analysis, all are not at desirable level. The findings represent that the readiness of active production cooperatives in Mazandaran industries is at desirable level for applying Total Quality Management. At the end, some suggestions are offered to advance the factors mentioned above.

Abstract: 

In consumer behavior, shopping areas are very attractive for marketers and psychologists. This area examines the kinds of buying and the variables influencing it. For most people, buying is a small part of their daily activities. However, for others, buying can be the main part of their life necessary to be considered. One kind of consumer buying behavior paying lots of attention to as social problem called compulsive buying, or purchase addiction which is a dark aspect of consumer behaviors. Compulsive buying is the subject of many papers about the psychology consumer behavior. It is the chronic and repeated purchases as the first response to negative events and feelings (and Avgyn Faber, 1989). This research is to identify and assess the factors influencing the compulsive buying in Iran. The research population includes 368 students of Islamic Azad University-Firouzkoh Branch. The results explain that the prestige, anxiety, fantasy, obsessions, family environment–parents compulsive buying- tendency to spend money, depression, fashion and disappointment, all have a direct relations to the purchase addiction and self-esteem has a reverse relation to compulsive buying.
