Abstract

In this research, by using David's strategic STRATEGY model, optimum strategies for Firoozkuh Industrial towns regarding present analysis is developed. Based on the research assumption, the method is descriptive- survey, questionnaires were researcher made, and distributed respectively between strategic committee and based on kukran method 150 industrial managers in the industrial towns of Tehran province and Firoozkuh were randomly selected. Finding from weight ranking of external factors is 2.12 and from internal factors is 2.24, indicating the situation of industrial towns, regarding both factors, is below average. Finally, by comparing external and internal factors and using SWOT analysis method, four sets of STRATEGY of SO, WO, ST, and WT were proposed and prioritized.
