Abstract

The Main purpose of this article is survey of Azad University role, in Family COST DISTRIBUTION in Firoozkuh. First by using budget household detailed data of Gini coefficient and twenty sector cost share of Firoozkuh household during the period of 1377-1385 were estimated by non parametric method. After estimation of economic inequity indexes, the effect of students on population proportion, separating native and non native, on economic inequity of Firoozkuh city was estimated. Increase of native and non native student’s ratio in population causes decrease in economic inequity of Firoozkuh City. In this heading, the intensity effect of non native students on population was relatively more than native students’ ratio. For refraction of economic inequity and analysis of students’ ratio effect on inequity, we used effective factors model on twenty sectors in the form of SEEMINGLY UNRELATED SYNCHRONIZED EQUATIONS SYSTEM (SURE). The results show that the effect of non natives ratio decrease stems from decrease of %20 share of high income in the beneficiary of increase in the share of % 80 low incomes. Native students’ ratio does not have significant effect on cost share of %20 share of forth and fifth. Ratio increase of native students has increased the %20 share of first and second but reduced the fifth share. Firoozkuh city is on the rout of Semnan and Mazandaran provinces, and due to proximity to Tehran, and exceptional climate takes advantage of academic centers development and absorbing academy member sand students. Growth and development of unique Academy unit in this town has been provided by managers of this academy unit which was the base of cultural and economic development for this town. The increase of these managers’ role in city committee, for effective planning in its structure change and its converting to grand research and scientific city and avoiding environment pollution is recommended.
