Abstract

Introduction: This study reviews the effectiveness of training FINDING MEANING concepts on Spiritual quotient among veteran spouses. The statistical population included all veterans spouses employed to studying adult high schools in Tehran, in 89-90.Materials & Methods: The sample of study consists 60 veteran spouses randomly divided in to control and experimental groups. The "Spiritual Questionnaire" (Amram, 2209). Including: (self-awareness, virtual-behavior, intellectural, problem-solving, consciousness, holism, care, interviewer, meaning, deep-intuition, divinity and inter-monitoring) dimensions collected. Spiritual quotient training administered over 8 sessions 90 -minute’s each. The research design was quasi experimental with pretest and posttest. The data was analysed by descriptive and inferential statistics (covariance).Findings: FINDING MEANING Training had effects on 12 dimensions of spiritual quotient (self-awareness, virtue-behavior, intellectury, problem-solving, consciousness, holism, care, interviewer, meaning, deep-intuition, divinity and inter-monitoring).Discussion & Conclusion: There are field very wide for research in effective factors on SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE veterans and their spouses in different dimensions SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE (self-awareness, virtual-behavior, intellectural, problem-solving,…).using it various tools befacing,can resolved the assessment and clear illustration of the problems this group.
