Abstract

The purpose of the study was to investigate the effectiveness of behavior parent (mother) training of children with CONDUCT DISORDER on behavior performance of their children. Twenty- four mothers of children with a diagnosis of CONDUCT DISORDER were selected using convenient sampling method. The simple were divided into control and experimental groups (12 mothers in each group). Both groups completed CBCL, Behavior Performance Questionnaires. In the next step the experimental group participated in BEHAVIOR PARENT TRAINING (ten sessions). At the end of the training both groups completed the questionnaires at the post test phase. The data were analyzed whit ANCOVA. The results showed that BEHAVIOR PARENT TRAINING improved behavior performance (p<0.05). It can be concluded that BEHAVIOR PARENT TRAINING to mothers, could decrease the behavioral problems of their children.
