Abstract

 One of the problems which traffic police work force always encounter is the available optimized SCHEDULING of the equipment and personnel in order to protect the road’ safety in the MAIN AND MOBILE POST of duty. This article is offering a multi-objective model considering work force, expenses, goals, installation, maintenance of cameras and fuel, and then it will focus on model solution using Guilan province's traffic police data and information. The results of the model solution suggest changes in present working shifts from fixed working shift to a 6-shift rotating system.
