Abstract

The changing in text books is one of the most important problems in Training and Educational Department. The math book for 1 st grade in high school has changed in 1387- 1388m. This paper aims at evaluating the modifications or changes of mathematics book (1) of high school and its EFFECTS ON ACADEMIC achievements of female high school STUDENTs in Saveh city. The sampling method is randomly. The research method is descriptive and inferential statistics. The measuring tools are: questionnaire and STUDENTs' scores. The participants at this study are: 40 teachers and 88 STUDENTs. The author concludes that in the view of teachers, the achievement for trigonometrically ratios chapter isn't more than other chapters. The achievement is observed at the first chapter more than other chapters. The modifications of book for academic achievement have been more effective among high school STUDENTs at the female high school STUDENTs of Saveh city. So the first hypothesis is accepted but the second hypothesis is rejected.
