Abstract

is study which focuses on the effective ECONOMIC, SOCIAL AND CULTURAL FACTORS on TEHRANIAN women’s tendency toward MIGRATION in 2010 is aimed to determine effective factors on TEHRANIAN women’s tendency toward MIGRATION to permissible imMIGRATION countries. Main and effective factors have been surveyed by means of related theories such as Human Capital, Attraction- Repulsion (push-pull), Globalization and Feminism theories.The method of this research is survey research and information gathered by questionnaire from 309 TEHRANIAN women by random sampling. The questionnaire which is formed by the researcher is based on Likert Spectrum. In order to analyze the information, spss software is used in this paper. Three main hypotheses such as social, ECONOMIC and cultural factors as well as subsidiary hypotheses have been analyzed in relation with the tendency of TEHRANIAN women‘s MIGRATION which all of them have significant relationship, positive and relatively high with tendency rate of TEHRANIAN women’s MIGRATION. The effects of each variable of cultural, social and ECONOMIC factors are. 442, 391 and .325 beta rate respectively. Totally, 98 percent of changing of dependent variable, women’s tendency toward MIGRATION, is clarified by three main variables.
