Abstract

In this article with respect to the importance of capital in different areas of social life and especially in the determination of individual social status, have review of this concept in explaining LIFE SATISFACTION. Therefore, we used Bourdieu theory and interview with 410 people of YOUTH in 15-29 years old in the urban of Paveh. Descriptive results of study have shown that the degree of SOCIAL CAPITAL is high but degree of economic and CULTURAL CAPITAL and the degree of LIFE SATISFACTION is medium. Also, analytical results have shown that the total of a capitals explain only 11 percent of LIFE SATISFACTION of individuals and among the forms of capital, CULTURAL CAPITAL has the most effect on the explanation of LIFE SATISFACTION.
