IDENTIFY EFFECTIVE INDICATORS TO ASSESS OF THE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES QUALITY (CASE STUDY: SHIRAZ UNIVERSITY)

Abstract

 The education system can be one of the most complex subsystems social, economic and cultural and due to the wide spread of activities educational system, evaluation of educational organizations, programs, staff and evaluation of services provided by them can play an effective role in providing quality education. Therefore, the aim of this study is to identify effective indicators in measuring of the educational services quality, The first step by extensive literature review, effective indicators, extraction and based on strategy research CONTENT VALIDITY, indicators that have the most frequency in the previous study were analyzed, as a result extracted 66 indicators. Then, by using the survey method using researcher made questionnaire, and the selection and Feedback of 12 professors familiar with the subject by using purposive sampling method in Shiraz University, effective indicator confirmed by using FUZZY SCREENING techniques. The results can be used by researchers, administrators and practitioners in higher education system.
