Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to study the concepts of talent and competency in order to identify and rank the talent syndrome, as well as designing a pattern for identifying managers susceptible to schools. The present study was conducted in a mixed way based on field analysis using interviews and questionnaires. In this regard, the purposeful sampling and snowball fan efficiency and the use of theoretical saturation criterion were used in interviews. Semi-structured interviews were held with the 14 founders of the well-known nongovernmental schools in Tehran. The reliability of the interview was obtained from the agreement between the two coders (evaluator), with the participation of two faculty members of Kharazmi University, which was 87.3%. To analyze the interview texts, the makqd software and open source coding software were used to formulate and categorize identifiers for the managers. The population of the small group, all founders and directors of Tehran's secondary non-governmental schools in the academic year of 2016-2017 (510 members), was selected by the cluster sampling method with the help of the Cochran formula. A total of 218 managers or founders were selected. The implementation of a quantitative section with a researcher-made questionnaire based on the results of the qualitative section showed that the validity and reliability of the research tools were optimally achieved. The results of the questionnaire were tested using quantitative statistical analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and validation and structural equation modeling.The results of the research show that of the 13 components of identifying managers of nongovernmental schools, "capacity building skills", "moral characteristics", "passion", "individual skills and interpersonal skills" are important in the first rank, as well as the dimensions and The components of the identification model of the talented managers, the competency with a coefficient of 0.93 and passion with a coefficient of 0.16, are contributing to the explanation of the variance of the identification structure.

Abstract: 

The trend towards using multimedia in e-learning environments as the preferred basis for teaching (particularly when teaching at a distance) has increased dramatically, particularly over the last few years. This paper will report on a current research project being conducted at the University of Southern Queensland (USQ), involving the development of a multimedia version of an existing print based course. Specifically, it will analyze relevant instructional design (ID) issues and reflect on the concepts involved in catering for a multi-literate clientele and how the use of multiple representations may enhance the learning opportunities of students, primarily post-secondary learners. Firstly, it will investigate the role that learning styles play in the learning process and what should be considered when preparing instructional material, looking closely at the importance of visualization in the representation of concepts and the current understandings of what it means to be literate in a culture saturated with visual elements. It will be seen that our understanding of these basic concepts will play an important role in our ID approach to teaching and learning, particularly when using visual and/or multiple representations in the multimedia and e-learning environments. Secondly, it will investigate the cognitive constraints experienced by learners when information is displayed in multiple ways in such an environment and whether it will be beneficial to learner cognition to provide users with a level of interactive choice. Finally, a set of instructional design recommendations will be made as to an appropriate format and potential way forward for the delivery of multimedia and e-learning instructional materials.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of organizational justice, organizational identity and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior. The population of 500 people, including "directors, deputies, heads and experts of the Department of Education in Tehran were in 2014-2015. According to Morgan and randomized 217 subjects were selected class. To collect data from questionnaires, standard organizational justice Beugre Includes 21 questions to evaluate three types of distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice, Cheney corporate identity 18 questions for the examination of membership, loyalty and similarities, organizational culture 56 questions for the examination of creativity, risk-taking, given the outcome, according to members of the organization, assess the impact Brkarknan decisions, the evaluation team to assess the ambition and stability testing and Podsakoff organizational citizenship behavior 12 questions for the examination of chivalry, Altruism, Civic virtue, conscientiousness and Respect is used. For descriptive statistics and frequency of SPSS software and inferential analysis software used Smart PLS. In this study, the coefficient of 95% is considered. The results showed that organizational justice, corporate culture organizational citizenship behavior has a significant positive effect on the findings of the research impact of each component of equity, corporate culture are examined separately, the greatest impact justice, corporate culture has less impact on the loyalty and justice, respect for culture of the OCB.

Abstract: 

This research to study the teaching methods in primary school art curriculum in order to provide the desired pattern Iran. The research was conducted in two qualitative research methods were used in each of two levels. At the first level art curriculum teaching methods to evaluate and categorize them using fusion research (Sntzpzhvhy) was used. Research in this area all available sources of information and data collected bases taking notes from written and digital sources were available. At the second level of primary school teachers in order to examine the lived experiences of phenomenological method was used. Research in this area female teachers in primary schools in Shiraz and Marvdasht and participant selection criteria using purposive sampling Mhvrvtdad participants interviewed 12 people. Semi-structured interviews to collect information on the level and methods for data analysis at both levels through thematic coding was done. This model is based on the methods of teaching art, including two group teaching methods and individual teaching methods as well as opportunities and positive achievements.

Abstract: 

This study aimed to identify factors affecting the higher educational services quality in Farhangian university. The samples of 364students, professors and university employees Fars Farhangian university, who were selected randomly, have been established. The methods used in this study, combined with a pattern of quantity, quality, and using interviews and questionnaires carried out by the researcher. After running processes related to questionnaire design, test validity and reliability (96/.), Completed questionnaires by students, professors and employees of factor analysis was performed. The Factor analysis categorizes indicators in 2dimensions: structural requirements (including: organization and management, curriculum and instruction, tangible, functionality and reliability, growth and social development, validation) and competitive requirements (competence, promoting, empathy).

Abstract: 

The purpose of present research was “Predicting Women Teachers' Classroom Management Style according to Mindfulness and Academic Optimism”. From the whole number of women teachers of the girls᾽ secondary schools in Tehran that were 21110 in 1393-94, selected 385 teachers through multi-steps cluster-randomized sampling and Cochran formula. Three questionnaires included ' Classroom Management Styles' (Martin et al, 1998), ' Academic Optimism Scale' (Hoy et al, 2008) and ' Langer Mindfulness Scale' (Langer, 2004) were applied for collecting data. The validity of questionnaires acquired with referring to experts and construct validity through factor analysis. The reliability of these questionnaires through Cronbach alpha was in the following manner: 0.69, 0.82 and 0.75. The data were analyzed through logistic regression. Results showed that “Engagement” had negative correlation with non-interventional (R2=0.099) and interactional (R2=0.138) classroom management style (p<0.05), and “Academic Emphasis” had positive correlation with interventional (R2=0.0106) and interactional (R2=0.087) classroom management style. Although based on results only ‘Engagement’ from mindfulness and ‘Academic Emphasis’ from academic optimism have significant role in predicting teachers classroom management style.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research was to investigate the realationship between organizational intelligence and trust with effectiveness and mental health in high schools’ principals.Our statistical population included all high schools’ principals of Kermanshah.74 people were selected through simple random sampling. The instruments utilized were: Organizational Intelligence Questionnaire, Organizational Trust Questionnaire, Effectiveness Questionnaire, and Mental Health Questionnaire. The research is a type of descriptive – correlation study. A statistical modle of multiple – variable regression and Pearson correlation coefficient has been used. The results indicate that there is meaningful positive relation between trust and mental health. In the way that, by increasing principals’ trust, the mental health will increase too. Also, there is meaningful relation between common fate and spirit with effectiveness. In the way that, by increasing the common fate, the spirit and effectiveness will increase and vice versa.

Abstract: 

The present study was conducted with the aim of determining affecting factors on efficiency of professional ethics from the viewpoint of teachers of Qom province. The research methodology is descriptive-survey and applied in terms of data collection and purpose respectively. Statistical population included teachers which amounted to 10000 teachers. The study's sample size was determined as384 teachers based on Morgan's table, and they were selected using proportional stratified random sampling method. In order to collect data self-constructed questionnaire which consists of 48 closed-ended questions was designed by researcher based on 5 Likert scale. The content-related validity of questionnaire was approved by experts, and its reliability was 0.94. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics such as (mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (t-test) Data analysis was carried out through SPSS software. The results showed that that six factors including personal, organizational structure, technological, servant leadership, religious and cultural-societal have influence over professional ethics of teachers. It was also revealed that according to teachers the personal factor is the most effective one and technological factor has the least influence on professional ethics. According the importance of professional ethics in organizational development, it is necessary to consider training of professional ethics of human resources in organizations and educational institutions.

Abstract: 

The education system can be one of the most complex subsystems social, economic and cultural and due to the wide spread of activities educational system, evaluation of educational organizations, programs, staff and evaluation of services provided by them can play an effective role in providing quality education. Therefore, the aim of this study is to identify effective indicators in measuring of the educational services quality, The first step by extensive literature review, effective indicators, extraction and based on strategy research content validity, indicators that have the most frequency in the previous study were analyzed, as a result extracted 66 indicators. Then, by using the survey method using researcher made questionnaire, and the selection and Feedback of 12 professors familiar with the subject by using purposive sampling method in Shiraz University, effective indicator confirmed by using fuzzy screening techniques. The results can be used by researchers, administrators and practitioners in higher education system.

Abstract: 

The present investigation aims at examining the relationships between the variables of epistemological and motivational beliefs (educational self-efficacy and achievement goals) with each other as well as their role in self-regulatory learning strategies (Cognitive and Meta Cognitive Strategies) of Payame Noor University students in a causal Model framework and through Path Analysis. in order to test the questions of the research, a sample of 600 students from Payame Noor University centers, using multiple cluster sampling and stratified sampling were randomly selected, and to a self-report questionnaire consisting scales of the epistemological beliefs (Schommer, 1993), achievement goals (Middleton & Midgley, 1997) and educational self-efficacy and self-regulatory learning strategies (Pintrich & De­ Groot, 1990), were asked. Results indicated that the proposed causal model after revision enjoys a good fit index, and that the variables formed 29 and 35 percent of the total variance of cognitive and metacognitive strategies. In general, according to the results of this study, epistemological beliefs not only have a direct effect but also have an indirectly impact on students’ self-regulatory learning strategies through achievement goals and educational self-efficacy. Therefore, it is essential that these beliefs be enhanced through enriching the living and learning contexts.

Abstract: 

This research is to investigate the relationship between teachers' ' professional competences and the job motivation with their willingness to participate in curriculum development was carried out. The population of 726 primary school teachers were the academic year 93-94 Torbat-e Heydarieh city. 267 persons were selected Using formula kerjeci and morgan and stratified random sampling. Data were collected by the researcher made questionnaire of teachers ' professional competences, and willingness to participate in curriculum development, and job motivation of Aldham and Heckman. Through content validity, validity was evaluated. Reliability of questionnaire of teachers ' professional competences 0.83, questionnaire of job motivation 0/81, questionnaire of willingness to participate in curriculum development 0.79, using Cronbach's alpha was calculated. Pearson correlation test and regression analysis were used. The results showed that, there was a significant relationship, between the teachers' ' professional competences and the job motivation with their willingness to participate in curriculum development (p<0.05). The professional competencies of teachers there was a significant relationship with job motivation. There was a significant relationship between professional competencies with job motivation of teachers (p<0.05).Professional competence and job motivation, prediected willingness to participate teachers in the curriculum development.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this research was investigating the relation between [N1] perception of organizational culture and emotional intelligence with job burnout among high school teachers of Darab. The Statistical sample of this research was 230 high school teachers of- Darab, that were selected by classified sampling method from all 582 high school teachers of Darab. In order to gather data' s, researcher used three questionnaires Cameron's organizational culture, Bradbury and Grave's emotional intelligence and Geldard's job burnout questionaire. Validity and reliability of those questionnaires were accepted. At last, the gathered data's were analyzed by Pearson coefficient, Regression, ANOVA and t- test. Multiple The result showed that there were a negative correlation between clan culture, Adhocracy culture and Market culture with job burnout. but was not Correlation between bureaucracy culture with teachers job burn- out. In addition, there were significant correlation between emotional- intelligence and its components with job burn out The results showed that emotional intelligence was more effect to Predict of teachers job burnout in contrast of organizational culture. In the otherwise, there weren't significant difference between teachers- job burnout based on field of teaching, seniority and gender.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this study is evaluating the weighted impactof impression management dimensions on the development of organizational influence and political skills. This study is based on a correlation and the statistical population consists of all the academy members as well as employees of Islamic Azad University Branches of Ardebil province. According to Cochran sample volume method, 246 persons has been selected from 1067 persons. In order to collect information, a questionnaire designed and distributed among the sample members. Finally, 235 completed questionnaire was collected. Questionnaire validity is confirmed by the authorities and the reliability coefficients of impression management, organizational influence and political skills questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's Alpha method. We used Pearson Correlation method for knowing the relationship between variables and used Relative Importance method to analyzing the weighted impact of impression management dimensions on depend variables. The findings of research show that there is a relationship between impression management dimensions, organizational influence and political skills. And, Self-promotion dimension have the highest relative weight on development of organizational influence, and each of the impression management components is affect by different coefficients on political skills.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the research is to design a Transfer findings with an emphasis on the compounent creation of knowledge and technology of distance learning that uses structural interpretive modeling along with modeling structural equations. The research method is a combinatorial. In the first stage of data collection with the Delphi method of knowledge transfer specialists, the main indicators were extracted and its validity was determined and at the quantitative stage after determining the reliability of the questionnaire, was provided to test examiners. The statistical population is 1930 people, including 325 faculty members, Promoters 1300 people, educational instructors of 305 people who were staff of agricultural research institutes and centers that based on Morgan's table the sample size was estimated to be 641 people by population group and samples were selected by using random stratified sampling method. In order to develop the concept of Transfer findings through distance learning, the research questionnaire was analyzed by using factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha. As a result, the research findings show the research Which has eight components in knowledge transfer through distance learning introduced the creation of knowledge and technology of distance learning as two main indicators that play a significant role in the transfer of research findings from a distance. And the managers of the agricultural knowledge and information system should have these two components more important than other components. It is suggested that, in addition to contribute of farmers in creation of knowledge, in order to rapid transfer of research findings to the users, distance education technologies should be used.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between thinking style (legislative, executive, judicial) and managers’ entrepreneurship and organizational health among Shiraz medical science universities staff. The population of the study included all faculty managers and staff members of Shiraz medical sciences university of which a sample of 60 managers and 240 staff were selected through stratified sampling. The instruments of the research included Hoy & Fildman (1966) Organizational Health questionnaire (OHI), Robbins and Coultar (1989) Entrepreneurship questionnaire and Sternberg’s Thinking Style Questionnaire (1991). The data analyzed by SPSS and the correlational analysis of the factors showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between executive thinking style and entrepreneurship and organizational health but there is no relationship between Judicial thinking style and entrepreneurship and organizational health. Findings revealed that entrepreneurship has a mediating role for executive thinking style and organizational health. The results showed the important role of managers’ thinking styles and entrepreneurship in organizational health among staff.
