Abstract

The paper studies the effective social factors influencing on the SATISFACTION in Shirvan. The sample size was chosen 265 from 3754 students in Shirvan Islamic Azad University. The results show that the SATISFACTION rate of students is 2.8 out of 5 and it is on average point. It also shows that out of 16 hypothesis, 6 ones concerning social factors were rejected and the hypothesis were accepted. Regression analysis explains 35 percent of the total variation depends on the model. One of the factors involved external variables and the two others involved internal ones. The results also shows that the lower SATISFACTION rate is caused by internal social factors than external social ones.
