VIRUS MARKETING AND ITS EFFECT ON SUCCESS OF PARTIES AND CANDIDATES DURING ELECTION COMPETITION

Abstract

 This research has been done based on an infer-disciplinary approach in two marketing and politics fields. In this regard, VIRUS MARKETING is considered as independent variable, and the success of parties and candidates in ELECTION COMPETITION as dependent variable. VIRUS MARKETING is one of the new marketing technics which presents solutions to help activists in the political field in order to reduce the publicity costs and, at the same time, to increase their influence. This technic, in giving new political messages, has very suitable messages. This is a kind of field research with applicable aim and descriptive one from methological point of view. It has been accomplished by sampling and questionnaire distributing among students and professors of relating disciplines (Political Science and Business Management-Marketing) of Islamic Azad University Units at Tehran. This has been done for the first time in Iran and its application could increase the influnce of political messages during elections.
