Abstract

This research aimed at comparing PERFECTIONISM, DELAY and DEPRESSION among male and female high school teachers in Ahvaz. Sample of research included 200 teachers (100 males and 100 females) who were selected through simple random sampling method in 2009. the instruments included Ahvaz PERFECTIONISM Scale (APS), Schovarzer's DELAY Scale and Beck's DEPRESSION Scale.This research was conducted through Cause and Effect model. Results showed that there was significant difference between males and females concerned with PERFECTIONISM and DEPRESSION while there was not significant difference between them at the DELAY variable (p<0.05).
