Abstract

This study investigated the SOCIAL CAPITAL of citizens, classified and ranked city neighborhood GACHSARAN done. Study based on a questionnaire survey was conducted The population size is equal to 65,574 people, the sample was calculated according to the formula is equal to 384. quarters of the sample distribution is proportional to the population of each district. data analysis software SPSS version 16 was used. Based on these findings, the greatest amount of SOCIAL CAPITAL in the neighborhood of 9 GACHSARAN, in the neighborhood of 108 units and local government employees in the lowest SOCIAL CAPITAL is assessed. Community participation in GACHSARAN over trust and integrity are assessed over but The partnership between the objective and subjective dimensions are different, though intellectual contribution in all areas of evaluation is high, but actual participation is very low and poor. The overall confidence level of average citizens are assessed. The interpersonal trust, institutional trust and institutional trust than more generalized trust are assessed. The highest level of citizens' trust in the institution they trust doctors, teachers and community charities and minimum confidence to shopkeepers and merchants, and foreign broadcasting firm's owners and Lower levels of participation and trust in the integrity of the total evaluation. The coherence of the interaction is stronger than the trend.
